The also have free snacks on certain days like a bagel bar, pizza day, and other stuff like that. For being a member, you also get discounts at local businesses as well. I find that I'm more productive at Venture X than when I'm at home which is a good excuse to even spend half the day there instead of being in my home office or on the couch all day.

There are small 'quiet rooms' to take a call but you cannot rent a conference room for a day. Not much difference from a coffee shop. They made it a point to ask me to put my mask on and wanted visible confirmation it was on when I was the only person in the entire facility in the huge open space and had it down after eating a snack. Apparently freedom of speech was not an expectation either. All other customers were in rented spaces with closed doors. Mind you when I walked in I was not greeted with any enthusiasm or given a tour or shared my options, I had to ask for the wifi password, how to use the coffee machine, etc. The place has no hand sanitizer visibly available throughout the many desks. There are no 6 feet spacing of the chairs in the common areas of any kind nor partitions to keep germs at bay. I was in the facility from opening to closing and never saw a desk wiped down or cleaned. I would recommend they also add basic functionality to make it a turn coworking space like having monitors/pcs (there are none) for rent, providing locker space, having electronic adapters, extenders, and other essentials for those attempting to co-work. This seems like a nice esthetic but little to no financial investment in actual office equipment needs if you are not renting a conference room monthly. To each his own. Instead of putting a highlight on masks, please take more business precautions rather than putting the demand on the client to fight covid.

We parked in the back and they were getting a delivery and the guys told us we could enter the back way. OMG!!! I fell in love at first sight at these two matching blue printed chairs. No question that they will be coming home with us. As we walked on through we actually got assistance another good thing. We than picked out a dresser for our Master bedroom and a console for our family room. We were led outside to another location that had dining tables. We saw one we wanted but not the right size so we ordered the table and four chairs and two chairs they had we got. So it was a love fest while checking out we got octopus decorative bookends and two glass octopus as well. The bad news minus a star they don't deliver. However they do assist in finding someone who will do it at an additional cost$$$$$$. Several months later the same delivery person delivered the table and four chairs. Very happy with our purchase as well as design advice. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for furniture.

I own a condo here and I love it. I didn't realize how awesome the location was until after I moved…read morein; I'm 5 minutes away from Target, Town Center, and Belle Hall Shopping Center, and 10 minutes away from the beach and Downtown. The condominium won a lawsuit and recently upgraded the whole exterior (including windows and doors) in 2014. It looks like a new complex. The interior features high ceilings, BIG walk-in master closets, and an efficient use of space overall. I might have quiet neighbors, but I rarely hear them beside and above me. The amenities are what you'd expect; a gym, pool, tennis area, a car wash area (yay!) and a gated entrance. It's also very dog friendly - there are numerous poo-bag stations and a small dog park. Dogs definitely outnumber children! Speaking of the lack of children... this makes for a very relaxing poolside experience. :)
