We were out of state and relocating because of a job (Mayo Clinic, big surprise!). We were looking for specific types of loans that would be good for our financial situation and family. We also had a home we were trying to sell and of course the loan would have to be contingent on the sale of our house. It was our first time selling a house and at the same time having the new home be contingent on the sale of the old house. We had to manage this very stressful endeavor all while being out of state which was very stressful and having to deal with very hectic schedules. Andy was amazing to work with from start to finish! He offered us very reasonable rates and spent the time talking us through ALL the paperwork. My husband is very thorough and loves to read every detail and while this frustrates me, Andy never seemed bothered :-) He was very patient with us and very understanding of our situation and our extremely tight deadlines. They probably need to rehire some new bank tellers because that particular lady was TRASH! I don't recommend this bank to no one.
