She's impossible to reach and doesn't do anything to "develop" you which is critical if you wanna have any success as a model. The "portfolio meetings" are "the pictures look great! you're beautiful!" and that's it. - They're completely online and don't meet with anyone in person. Terrible communication. I had to practically BEG them to have a portfolio meeting with Shawn (they never know when she's available, but Shawna's never in office or doing anything agency-related so... what's keeping her so busy?) - They sign a bunch of people but don't manage them well at all.
