With the heavy snow this week lots of trees have come down understanding so, but when I went to share that it was on my car this morning and fully blocking two spots I wanted to be sure they would get the tree taken care. I said nothing about my car. The front desk attendant was extremely rude. Blowing me off. And too top it off he expressed a don't give a shit attitude. Hello Arcadia townhomes team, I wanted to bring up a small concern about recent trash and recycling pickups at my address. I always make sure to pack and place my trash and recycling neatly by my front door for collection. However, on several occasions, some items--such as gallon bottles from the recycling box--have been left behind, creating a mess in front of my door. I understand the team is busy, but as paying customers, we rely on the service being completed fully. I would greatly appreciate it if the pickup could be done more thoroughly so everything is collected each time. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for the work you do. read more

This place is a joke. The staffs never lets us finish what we're trying to say. Melanie, Alexus & whoever that's in the front desk never picks up the phone nor replies back to our emails. Everytime I try to get ahold of them to follow up with my work order they never get back to me. They always have an attitude. They made a hole on top of my ceiling & never came back to fix it. These people let their families who lives there do whatever they please & even if they cross the line of the parking spot they never do anything. Going into our second year living here it was been amazing with very few complaints. Most of which are out of control of property management. During Christmas someone came and destroyed our mail boxes so we had to go to the post office for a little while to receive the mail. Not a huge deal the post office is like a 5-8 min walk. Other people say there has been shootings and break-ins in the neighborhood but I've never heard it. We currently have a loud a** neighbor but he usually cools it down by 10PM. We are in a city so it should be expected there is some crime. I've never noticed any homeless people wandering the property or the trails nearby. Rent is considered "average" hear but I can say every penny is worth it. Maintenance is a little slow but they are short staffed and people are always putting in petty requests. I.e. light bulb changes. When there is an emergency they get it done I love living here and highly recommend it. Now that COVID times have ended the clubhouse is almost doing something! read more

BEWARE: moved here from out of state and leased online. Just moved in this evening. Was very exhausted, so left everything on moving truck to move in next morning (so apartment was empty). 1) Spent night sleeping on floor (carpet) and woke up at 3am felt something, cut light on and there was a roach crawling! Immediately grabbed whatever my hand could grab quickly and smashed. Looked up at molding around door there was another roach, ran in bathroom there was another one in tub! Went downstairs cut lights on in kitchen AND here goes...roaches running around sink, roaches in cabinets running, cut light on in guest bathroom more roaches running!!!! I was able to smash some most got away (photos uploaded )I took photos of individual roaches and them all together (so you can see they are all different roaches) 2) Graffiti on inside garage door wall (photos uploaded) 3) Dishwasher flooded water everywhere, can't use (photos uploaded) 4) Stove filthy and covered in grease. Looks like tried to clean but just scratched all paint off and put in some covers to hide, and door marked up and covered in grease. photos uploaded) 5) Icemaker doesn't work. (photos uploaded) 6) Foyer heater doesnt work and it is very cold here. (photos uploaded) As a new tenant that has been in unit for a total of 9 hours, as I write this post. This property is wonderful if you love cigarette smoke, aggressive off-leash dogs, crows eating trash all over the neighborhood! This complex charges $50 per month for valet trash service that picks up 2-3 times per week (not the 4-5 times advertised) and trash will sit on the sidewalks and front door steps for days at a time. Good luck contacting this property after you move in they never answer the phone and once they learn your number will intentionally send you to voicemail. After moving out I was charged with excessive fees and charges for things that I did not break. Melanie is a right out bitch, she is impossible to get ahold of and if you do speak with her she will yell back at you with her own gripey problems about living on the property. My pet was attacked on half a dozen occasions and animal control has struggled to get ahold of the property to address concerns. This place is awful and I wish I never moved here I have never had a worse living expereince than at Arcadia Townhomes. read more

I've been a resident here at Arcadia Townhomes for over a year now. When looking for a safe, well-kept environment that exists for families and pets, it's all right here! I am reassured that my living area is secured and protected with the assistance of on-site cameras and the local police available in minutes. Did I mention how great the parking is here? I don't have to struggle with deliveries or carrying my packages and groceries inside. I'm close to my front door. Arcadia's location is a bonus as well. We are located near grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and restaurants. With all that being said, I can't forget to mention the most professional, experienced, and cooperative personnel in the office. Everyone here has a great attitude and is willing to answer any questions and accommodate anyone who walks through the door! Arcadia is home for me and my family. read more

Overpriced garbage. Rent a home for less. We were charged $1500 roughly a month plus all utilities to live in a mold infested unit. It was so bad it got on clothes, mattresses, linens, and even food. The walls would turn black no matter how much we bleached and aired the place out within a few weeks of moving in. They painted over the problem and rent their units to suckers. Don't be a sucker! Our entire place is filled with mold and their solution is Mildex or painting over the junk that grows back in a week or two. If you ask for repairs they do retaliate. Right after moving in (2013) mold grew everywhere they come repaint it grows back. The company sold the townhomes to a bunch of slumlords who suggest tape to fix issues like bad floor tacking where the synthetic hardwood linoleum is coming up and to fix a broken refrigerator that food rots in because the door is severely misaligned and it was noted on the move in inspection but they won't fix it as promised. The mold is the biggest complaint it was black and it was everywhere. My child was in and out of the hospital with his Asthma day and night while living in this hole of a mold infested place. Way to try to hide a serious health risk. Don't move here for your health, wallet, safety, and sanity. read more

All I have to say is Melanie the property manager, the ladies that work in the office, and a few of the guys that work on the property are great people. I cannot say enough how Melanie has listened to what I needed, she was on it. I dont blame the crew of Arcadia how some things look, or how things are running or Not running right temporarily, its because of Covid. They can only do so much so please be nice to them. It takes effort for all of us as residence to help them instead of demanding and being rude to them. Again, I cant complain how well Melanie works, she is one of the most caring professional property Manangers I have ever met. read more

I have friends that have lived at Arcadia for 5 years and other friends that lived here for a year. I checked Arcadia out to see if I wanted to live here since they offer townhouses as well as apartments. The people in the office were friendly, professional and really fast to reply to me in person and via email. I decided to not rent here based on the pricing. It was still relatively low compared to what I found in Seattle. I ended up finding a heck of a deal at a different property. However, the townhouses I saw in various buildings from the tour and also where my friends live all look really nice. This is a large complex and it's poorly lit at night. I've been to the clubhouse that my friends rented out for a party. It has a nice deck, hot tub and indoor swimming pool. They allow cats and dogs here and have a pet park. read more

I have no complaints about the townhouse itself. There's enough space and it feels like you're really in a house and not in an apartment. The rent is steep, though. Also they charge a lot for the sewer and trash. For townhouses without an attached garage, they give you an assigned car port. The problem is, most of the townhouses here have three bedrooms and ofcourse most of the households probably own about 2-3 cars. At night, parking sometimes really is an issue. There are certain nights that some people have nowhere to park because every unassigned parking space has been occupied. Management is okay, my calls always go straight to voicemail but they call you back the same day to address your concerns. Maintenance/repair requests usually take about 2-3 dayS to be addressed. Overall, i like this place. It's close to a lot of establishments and it's a quiet community. UPDATE: dropping a star! USPS delivered my package and my boyfriend went to the office several times to pick it up but they said no package came. He even showed the girl the tracking indicating that it had been delivered but she just shrugged and did not even check around to verify. After 3 days and 84934832 attempts later, a different girl looked around and found the package(which was huge by the way) labelled under a different apartment unit. She handed him the package and just walked off without a word. Soooo yeahhh, excellent attitude. This is not the first time they've misplaced my package. read more

My family and I have been living here for 9 months. DENISE is amazing! She's always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. LISA is rude and unprofessional, today she hung up on me when I told her the office never takes accountability or acknowledges fault for any issues. For the first time, I had put the rent on autopay. (It still costs money to use the service they have tenants pay rent through.) However, I wanted to just have it come out of my account because I normally have to log in after the first to pay rent. It's not possible to pay its rent is due. It also doesn't give an option to charge automatically for the charges they toss on there. I believe it's water, however, there isn't a breakdown. Only 2050 for rent that included 50 for trash service. (that's another problem area). Lisa called me today and told me we still had a balance due. I asked how? I explained it is on autopay. She said well you still have to adjust the totals. What?! What's the point of autopay if it doesn't charge the full cost due?! She said I don't know it's not us, just the system. I asked what am I supposed to do? Log into my apartment billing daily to check if there are additional charges, she replied yes, tenants should check their account every day. I told her this company never accepts the fault of anything. Then she hung up on me. WOW! After looking at what transpired it doesn't say what the charges are. When you pay it, you are charged another $3.95 for the convenient payment. I look at my autopay settings, it doesn't even give an option to pay anything extra with autopay. Just rent and insurance. I had a similar experience when I spoke to her about my trash that was not being dumped in over a week, but I still had to pay for the service. She was agumentive, rude, and not understanding to the situation. I told her it was not acceptable to pay over 2200 for rent, and have a pile of trash ripped apart by squirrels and rats on your door step. She down played the event, never apologized on behalf of the company they contract to pick up the trash. Lisa needs to be trained on fundamentals of customer service, compassion, and a crash course of professionalism would be great too. read more

Just to say that this place is a joke. I live there for almost 2 years every time there was something wrong with the unit, maintenance takes forever to fix the apartment. and when they do. They do a bad job. Lisa the manager always giving an attitude and angry. also I gave my 2 months notice. and they said that i was going to pay a pro rated rent for $1300 instead of the $1790 when I was about to pay my last month it did not gave me the option to pay the $1300 dollars. So I call the Office Lisa answer the phone and she clearly said that I had to pay full rent and that I was going to get a refund. I call and she told me that I was getting $87 dollars back. She said that I was getting charge 3 months back for water garbage and sewer. more that $300 plus my deposit of $500 so they are charging me over $800 dollars for cleaning and utilities. Every time I pay the rent I pay for water sewer and garbage and she said that I had to pay for the last 3 months ridiculous. And her attitude so bad. Stay away from this place. I took a lot of pictures of the apartment to show how clean I left it. And still get charged over $800 what a joke. Stay away from this place. Any explaining is pointless now. I paid already for all the fees that you guys stick in your tenants. You guys rob your tenants. read more

They didn't tell me I owe them an extra $500 apparently and never notified me and now I owe double. They sent a letter to my old address there after I moved and never even called me or emailed me even though they did all the time when I lived there. Watch out not a very nice place. read more

I've lived here about a year and we're only moving out because we are moving to my boyfriend's house; however I have really enjoyed living here. The front desk staff are all very helpful, but the Assistant Manager, Ari, is the best. She remembers everyone and is quick to help/respond to any inquiry. The units are in nice shape and most appliances are fairly recently updated. We did have a washer/dryer issue that was attempted to fix promptly each time, but they do try to go the cheapest route first (which is true of most apartment complexes). The complex is pretty quiet, the only noise issues I've had have been minor. Its really closely located to Fred Meyer, the Post Office, CVS, and several restaurants all within walking distance. The BEST part about the location is it is right across the street from Saghalie Park which has sand volleyball, basketball, a track, and many baseball fields. The only complaints I would have are that the parking is really narrow. Narrower than I've seen. I'm sure its to maximize parking but if people do not park perfectly, you can't get into the spot. It doesn't help that my neighbor has a huge Jeep with oversized wheels that they leave improperly parked for weeks on end. But not the complexes issue. The only other one is the pool and hot tub close at 6 which is really unusual. Most stay open until 10 p.m. Even with an after hours key, you can't access them. Which is pretty lame since most people don't even get home from work until closer to 6 so its largely unusable during the week by most people. I would recommend this place. They also only raised our rent $50 when they offered to renew our lease which other places can raise several hundred. read more

After Legacy sold the property to Riverstone Property Mgmt, it has been nothing but hell living here. I transferred to a larger unit that has nothing but issues and the new mgmt. is far from helpful. My master bathroom tub cracked 2 times, due to a void under the tub. Their maintenance looked at it and spoke to the manager and I never heard back. Two weeks later my tub started leaking through the dining room ceiling. Finally they resurfaced the tub, but did not fix the void. Tub cracked again in September. It took them over a month to do anything about it. I am just now getting a replacement tub. Other issues, horrible plumbing that backs up everywhere, mold, cigarette smoke from neighbors, rude mgmt., and lack of maintenance. Because there are only 3 maintenance men for this property all requests are backed up and it takes weeks to get anything fixed. DO NOT MOVE HERE! read more

I'm not sure why everyone has been hating on Arcadia. My fiancé and I just moved in last month, but have nothing but great things to say about them. I understand the complex was acquired in the last year, so I'm sure there were some growing pains. I'll update my review is anything changes. The maintenance manager, Greg, was actually present during our move-in walk through so that he could also see any issues (many he fixed right that day), and when we reported little things the first couple weeks they were handled within 48 hours. I have no doubt they will be just as speedy should other issues arise. The office staff is great. The front desk leasing agent is now a woman named Mandy who is super sweet and courteous. The Assistant Manager, Kailyn, is awesome. She has let us go to her personally for move-in issues and questions. My unit didn't have a garage opener for some reason, so she went above and beyond to get one installed at no cost to us. Kailyn is friendly and seems like a manager who actually likes talking to residents who drop by instead of being annoyed by them. I haven't met the Manager yet, so I can't speak to what she is like. Overall though, I think this is a great place. A pool, fitness center, and theater room? Some units have attached garages? I get more amenities here than I ever did in my place in Seattle! Don't even get me started on how great it is to have so much room (great space for the cost)! Oh, and it's quiet for such a large complex. There are kids, but you don't hear them screaming or get a lot of road noise. There is a family vibe here. I checked out more places than I can count before I settled on living here (like the Glen Park complex next door - ugh!). Come give Arcadia Townhomes a peek. It's worth your time. read more

Giving 2 stars because trying to work with Lesa was an absolute nightmare. We were given keys to give ourselves a tour and we open the door to two others looking at the space and the maintenance man working on the unit! No heads up or anything. The floorplan was great though so we proceeded with an application and put down a deposit. We were told we would be put on the waitlist and I explained to Lesa I needed something at the end of Feb or by the latest mid march. She assured me people dont stay on the waitlist long and she will do her best. I didnt hear anything for weeks so i called and emailed for a status update. She kept telling me that she was waiting for someone to give their notice. She finally assigned me a unit and told me mid march to come back a few days later telling me its unavailable and that she can get me in early april or MAY?! Apparently the unit had fire damage and wasnt ready. I took my deposit and found another property to rent from. She made me feel misled, stressed, and in the dark. She also told me to expect a call from her and of course i never heard from her. The floor plan was cool but the management team might do better if Lesa gets some additional training. read more

From management to maintenance they take pride in the property and care about the residents that live here. The grounds are always kept up and maintenance is always very polite and professional when they have been to my townhome to complete a work order. Great location, really did love my townhouse just wish I would have stayed on maintenance to address some things that feel through the crack. Way overcharged on move out fees. Just really disappointed in getting charged for "ruined" microwave when it was cosmetic damages from it simply being an older unit, paint peeling cost me nearly $300? :/ However it may just be across the board they get you on move out fees, however I did have one place that didn't do that. If you do rent from Arcadia be on top of it requesting things to be fixed or replaced. read more

Love these town houses I moved into 2 bed 2.5 bathroom with attached garage . The garage had additional space and storage. The bedrooms and bathrooms are larger and updated. Nice quiet complex , good neighbors, thick walls. Pretty landscape , I felt comfortable and safe taking my small dog for a walk at night. Management has always been nice and helpful. Parking was never hard to find for my guest. Only thing I didn't like was the valet trash didn't come on weekends and there was no dumpster , so when we had friends over and lots of trash piled up we had no where to take it . Also they had random "updates" and "checks" so you would get a 48 hour notice and they just entered your apartment. Other than that I would highly recommend this complex . read more

My wife and I have lived at Arcadia for almost 2 years now. Given the high-end prices these units go for, we had hoped living here would amount to living in a safe, clean, and responsive neighborhood. Unfortunately, since living here there have been many reported incidents of shootings, mail theft, car and apartment brake ins all occurring within the complex. Not to mention maintenance repairs are rarely resolved within a timely manner- not the fault of staff, they are wonderful and friendly people. We pay $50 for valet trash, however, on many occasions trash does not get picked up which then results in rodents picking at the bags and spreading trash throughout the complex. As mentioned before, it's such a shame the company is renting these units at/near "market value" because it's definitely not worth it. Such a nice area to live in too. For these reasons and many more we will not be renewing our lease with Arcadia Townhomes. read more

I lived here from for two years and have recently moved out, and can only say this place was horrible. The staff is incompetent and unwilling to help. Maintenance orders took weeks to fulfill and it was always half ass jobs. My stove was broken since the day I moved in and was never fixed. Upon moving out, they charged us $200 because the maintenance crew claims we had pets, which I never did. All in all I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this place unless truly desperate read more

ALMOST PERFECT! As a potential renter, i came here to see their available units before my lease ran up at my current place. I saw horrible reviews about this place on both yelp and google before i toured. But somehow i didn't let that get in the way of wanting to tour these units. I saw the layout and photos online and i just had to see if they were good because i was living in a terrible place with no storage and almost no space for our furniture. When i called, i had made an appointment with one of the girls working there. Forgot her name. So when i came in at the time scheduled, the doors were locked! Turns out they were on lunch but still in the office. I waited a good 20 minutes. Then other people started showing up and a line was forming to tour the complex. I was greeted by the general manager Melanie. She was seriously the best manager i've come across. Her hospitality was amazing. Very personable and offered to tour my roommate and i personally. We saw plenty of things we liked to make this place #1 on our list. We saw the 3 bedroom model home first that was next to their dog park. It was HUGE! No wonder they call these townhomes. They look like actual houses on the inside. Wonderfully remodeled, spacious and includes a 1/2 bathroom next to the front entrance for easy access when you really need to go. There is storage under the stairs. Plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen with a pantry and wonderful counter tops. Patio is private enough unless you're facing other units but for the most part you'll have your privacy depending on where you live. The upstairs was nice and the 3rd room which would be a good child's room or office was just the perfect size. All 3 bedrooms had vaulted ceilings and storage above their closets. Just like the photos on their website. We were in love. The living room had vinyl flooring all over which was great since we have a pet and hated the thought of carpet throughout the house. It was wonderful. When we were told the price however, we were taken back a bit. So we asked to see the 2 bedroom which was about 200 cheaper than the 3 bedroom. It was the exact same size as the 3 bedroom except the living room was a tiny bit smaller but still huge and the kitchen had a different layout. We were given a pamphlet with different unit sizes and layouts. They were all perfect for our needs. We had the storage we wanted, the rooms were big, the units available were in a private spot and we just enjoyed the company of Melanie. She told us all of her plans for the place, what she's improved and was still needs to change. I cannot say anything negative about her because she was terrific! But there was still a problem, the location. Although it was next to grocery and food, we just heard about the person who was shot and killed in front of his home in this complex before touring thanks to reviews. The police still don't know who did it. So when asking Melanie about it, she said "That shooting happened at a different complex". I looked puzzled because there was police reports and the news was involved last year at this complex with video proving it was Arcadia where the man died. We later realized there might have been a recent shooting around the area but didn't see any reports. Only the reports that happened in 2016. We really had a long talk about renting here because we found the right place but the rent and the crime factor really weighed in heavily on our minds. So we decided to keep browsing and keep this at #1 if we really wanted to take the risk. We still liked how close it was to the commons but we ended up finding a bigger and cheaper unit up north. So it was like i said, almost perfect! Check this place out if you think you'll like it or were looking for the same needs as us. She had a bright attitude and she was very welcoming along with the lady at the front desk. Immediately, I was comfortable and it gave me a sense of ease to be able to talk to someone who really wanted to help me. Denise is amazing and very quick to responding. There is another gal brownish to blonde hair medium complexity not to fond of her customer service I avoided her and went right to Melaine Denise was out on vacation.. the home is really nice very spacious and I never hear my neighbors. Community is quite and I feel safe. Not to fond of the shootings that have happened near by i know out of your control but just something that is scary. One thing I feel would make this place improved would be gated community and security patrols. One of the neighbors mentioned leaving a window down warranted a car prowl. Again this could happen anywhere but something that came up. Over all super happy. read more

Super quiet and clean complex. Maintenance turnaround time isn't great but they are all super nice people. The office staff however has repeatedly held my packages. We've been here for 6 months and I've had 4 packages not given to me when I went to the office to get them. Now today 2 more. I have to go up multiple times until I get someone smart enough to read the name or number on the label. read more

By far the worst possible place to rent. They repeatedly lost our rent, and were rude whenever we had an issue!! Not only that, but everyone in the office has a terrible attitude and can never offer you a straight answer about anything. I'm staring at my lease right now with my name as well as my roomate's on it, as they argue that there is only one name on our lease. They served us a notice for "late rent" and then retracted it after saying they lost it, but never took the "late rent" off of our rental history. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! read more

The leasing paperwork was very fast, quick & convenient. The property manager was professional, super friendly & knowledgeable. Up until now we are still waiting for a drawer missing inside of one the bathrooms. The washer continues to leak water at times when I wash. I called it in when we first moved in. The maintenance guy was also friendly & helpful. The fridge was tilted when we moved in. Now the most important part, rent...I seem to always fall short or late on rent. The late fees are extremely preposterous! It defeats the purpose of making payment arrangements. Ari, was a hard cookie to work with; I think they should take residents payment commitments into considerations before getting charge all sorts of legal fees. I wished they would learn a thing or two from their actual manager. Been here 8 months, seen residents with uhauls more then I can imagine. Seriously the worse place to live and not worth the $1600 we pay every month. Leasing office staff suck and just rude. They have the worse customer service. I emailed their corporate office to complain and nothing has been done. We always have a problem with rent, our dryer doesn't even work properly, our second day living here and our dishwasher flooded our kitchen (which we never use) and now the ceiling is leaking. The floors were dirty when we moved in. I honestly want to just leave that's how horrible it is. It's NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Like how do these people expect to have all these people move in when they can't even fix the apartments properly. It makes me wonder if their maintenance team just sucks ass too. Smh. My husband and I moved into Arcadia in August 2017. I have to say that I have never been treated so well. The staff are awesome. Melanie the manager is way above awesome. We had a issue with our fridge not even 10 hours later the fridge was fixed. Talk about going over and above my husband and I went to AZ for a five day trip my luggage is in storage, Melanie without questions lent me hers. Last Saturday we had a AMAZON package delivered to the office. On Melanie's day off and after the office was closed she went and picked up our package and delivered it to our house.We have never been treated so well by management before. The office gets involved with students and kids. Providing meals, pumpkin patch walks. We have even went to the hot tub and the staff made us hot chocolate for the Mom who was visiting and the husband and I. I really love this place. But people who live here don't pick up after there dogs. There is nothing better then the smell of dog sh*t in the morning. I have a 2 yrs old kid and I don't let him play outside because its unhealthy. The townhouse it's shelf is really nice going on my 3rd year. But these lazy dog owners are killing it. I have lived here for 2 years now. I need to write a review because I'm at a cross road so to speak. I'm trying to decide where I want to live and my lease is up. So I went to the leasing office to discuss my options as far as how much they would be willing to work with me. I have to admit I was not feeling very optimistic. To my surprise not only was the staff very friendly they were extremely compassionate and understanding to my circumstances. They went above and beyond to work with me. Not only is Arcadia a nice place to live, the staff here is extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend Arcadia to anyone looking for a place to live. read more

I am a current resident here. Although the neighborhood is quiet and nice, and the maintenance staff are super cool, the NEW MANAGEMENT is HORRIBLE! I put in a work order for my broken stove almost 2 weeks ago. A maintenance personnel came and fixed temporarily, but the issue was quite huge, and required detail maintenance. Out of 4 stoves, only one was working. I informed the management about the issue through phone, waited for a week, then went to the office to remind them again. The front desk personnel promised to send in the maintenance crew immediately, but nothing happened for 3 days. Then I called them again...but NOTHING! I was being super flexible and nice to them. Today, I finally got super upset and went to the office one more time. Its 11th day and I am still waiting to see if the maintenance crew actually shows up like the Assistant Manager promised me. I have already spent more than 400 dollars on eating outside. You all know how inconvenient it is to cook when you have only one stove working. The management they had before this crew was pretty good as far as maintenance was concerned. Interestingly, this is not the first time it has happened. Few months back, I waited the whole week to get my bathroom sink ( leaking) fixed. Just because of this HORRIBLE Management, I would not recommend anyone to move to this apartment. read more

I used to love it here before the new management, even though we had a bad experience in the past. Now it kinda sucks living here , especially when you have something needed to be fixed during weekend like plumbing , heating system or any other urgent issues. I don't think that Jennifer girl who runs the office on weekend knew the meaning of emergency. Hey Jennifer EMERGENCY means ASAP you don't let them wait the next day or when is the next maintenance crew is available. read more

Lived here about a year and we love it! The Townhomes are updated and look great! The office staff is super friendly and always willing to help out and go the extra mile. No complaints from me or my wife, we love it! read more
