I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time, as my quality of life has drastically…read morechanged since I began seeing Dr. Jack 14 months ago. I could easily write a novella singing his praises, but I'll refrain and just tell you about my experience... I had suffered from excruciating pain for years, mainly between my shoulders, in my upper back. After seeing various chiropractors regularly for years, I had never really gotten any answers about the culprit. More so just "come see me again next week" and minor relief that would last a week or two at best. Upon my first visit with the doc, he requested that I get an x-ray so he could see what was really going on. The word "x-ray" sent me into a panic, as I anticipated getting a few thousand dollars in the hole. But instead, I was charged $60 by an imaging center he works with regularly. WIN! After looking over the x-rays, the doctor was able to explain the cause of my constant pain. His thoroughness, compassion and knowledge was something I had been lacking from previous chiropractors. I truly felt a huge difference after our first visit. His gentle adjustments (no more twisting and cracking) worked wonders. Long story short, my chest pain, discomfort and shortness of breath was relieved to an extent I had never experienced. Fast forward to this year and I still see him regularly and my life has improved drastically. I am able to play with my children, sit for longer periods and am all around a much happier person with the demise of my pain. I also now have him adjust my children, which has improved their mobility and immune systems drastically. Like I said, I could go on for days, but I won't. But truly, Dr. Jack has been a godsend. If I hadn't started seeing him, my problem would most definitely be worsened by now with the prior route I was taking. I am forever grateful for the help my family has received and I could not recommend him more.

A month later, I still couldn't walk or put pressure on my ankle. I was still in a ton of pain. I was icing and elevating and taking it easy, but hadn't returned to any sense of normalcy. I got an MRI and a referral to PT and chose Radius based on a bunch of word-of-mouth referrals around town. I ended up being paired with Dr. Austin Van Poole. I let him know that I'm a mom of two young kids and a musician who has a super intense performance style of dancing around a ton, typically in wild outfits and tall shoes. The first time we met, Austin used his thumb to dig out a ton of scar tissue in my ankle. I call it "excavating" and it was a bizarre blend of both excruciating and super relieving. Austin jokingly said "this is the part where people want to punch me". The craziest part was the following day I could actually walk with flex-motion in my ankle in a way I hadn't even come close to before. Every time we met, Dr. Austin would continue to do this excavating of scar tissue and it was so helpful and relieving for my injury and helped my healing exponentially. He helped loosen up the tightness in my calf, hamstring, and hip that (maybe was there to start pre-injury?) but definitely got way worse with overcompensation from the injury. Happy to report I'm back to dancing around on stage, working out at the gym, chasing after my children and feeling good. I 100% attribute all my health and healing to Radius. Really grateful for their support, their senses of humor, clear communication and patient-centered care.

I had been told by ortho-surgeons that I had to have surgery. Nope...just needed Dr. Rob Woodhall. Is it completely gone? For the most part, yes. Don't they say that laughter is the best medicine! He is the very best.

After one visit my left hand felt better...my right did as well but the severe pain came back... now after about 5 visits, I can use both my hands! They still get stiff but they're improving. My left hand is almost completely 'healed'. Dr. Rob is a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He's easy to talk with and knows a lot about a lot of things including supplements. He spent a lot of time getting to know me and what I've been through. While I can't decipher his notes, I know he takes a ton of notes each time I visit so he knows what my progress is. I may end up having to have Dr. Rob adjust me for my carpel tunnel for the rest of my life but hey, it's so much better than surgery. Dr. Rob helps my body heal itself.
