The arrangement arrived and it was wildly different that what I'd originally ordered - see the picture of what I thought I ordered vs what was delivered. I called the shop to ask if there had been a mistake, and was told that they didn't have the flowers pictured online, so they made a different arrangement at a comparable price. I guess that might have been okay -- if you'd called me to ask?? I spent nearly $100 on an arrangement that was supposed to have a particular meaning for my friend, and they just made a substitution without informing me. If I hadn't called to follow up after my friend sent me the picture of what she received, I wouldn't have even known! Not the kind of service I am used to. I have ordered from local flower shops remotely before and they have always contacted me about any changes or substitutions different from what was advertised and paid for online. What if the person receiving the flowers had a specific allergy?? Just not acceptable. I will not use them again if I need to order in this area.

They delivered all the arrangements and the cake to the restaurant. The flowers were beautiful and the cake was probably the best I have ever eaten. I responded and let her know Monday worked just fine. Later that same afternoon I received an email saying there was an issue with my order and it would not be delivered. I called the store on Saturday to see if they would be able to deliver my order, the lady who was working seemed very lost and had no idea what was going on with my order. She suggested I checked my card transaction to see if the order had been refunded. I let her know I did not want a refund I just wanted the basket to be delivered on Monday. She stated the owner was out of town and had no idea if they had my order down for Monday. This was very frustrating and seemed very unprofessional. I understand that the basket could not be delivered on Friday, but I don't understand how an employee cannot figure out if my order was refunded or if it was still on the books. This morning I received an email stating that the basket has been delivered. I reached out to the person who should of received it and he said he did not receive anything. I confirmed the address on the order was correct and it was. I called the store 3 times and was sent to a VM that was full. I was finally able to get a hold of someone (the owner). She told me that the order had been delivered. I asked for pictures or signature confirmation because the recipient had not received anything. She stated that her son delivered it so she would have to get with him. I gave her my personal phone number and asked her to text them to me When she finally called back (on my work phone NOT the phone number, which is a landline, I gave her) she said that the order had never been delivered... because the recipient did not answer the phone and his property is gated. If this were the case... WHY did I receive an email stating that my order had been delivered when it had not?? And why did they charge my card?? I asked her for picture confirmation, she sent them to my WORK LANDLINE instead of the number I provided. Then she asked me why I was being so "mean"... are you kidding me? I am in shock and disbelief, I have no idea how this business is still open. I got off the phone and she never texted me the pictures.\. I asked the person who received the basket to please send me a picture (see attached). The basket does not even have a bow...... It looks like it was thrown together very last minute with left over materials. I tried to use a small local business instead of going with one of the big commercialized businesses hoping I would receive excellent customer service but I was very disappointed. When you visit their website they have amazing reviews and false promises.... but please read the reviews Yelp... that is where you will find the truth. I originally posted this review on Google, but she deactivated her google reviews or website, not sure what she did, but she had a 2.8 rating on google.. now you can't find any of those reviews. I will never use her services again and I warn anyone reading this review.. please don't use them, save yourself the money and headache.
