They relentlessly pursued my insurance company for 7 months, sent my shingles to ITEL, and requested a second adjuster from my insurance company be sent to my house for an inspection and filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance. They took the time to answer any questions I had and provided me with all options available - from repair to replacement, based on the final decision about my claim from the insurance company. ACR Contracting went through a lot with my insurance company, and I know they did a lot more for me than is required from a signed "Business Contract." There are no adequate, eloquent, or appropriate words that could represent, describe, or express the kind of review ACR Contracting deserves or should be advertised and written about in this review because they are a gift, priceless, and truly a blessing. I was looking to side a house that was very dated and out of shape. I had a few special needs on…read morethis job. I was contacted by Jeremy offering to give a quote for the job. I had two other well known companies that came in one at 15k+ and another at 12k+. I started working with Jeremy with the quote and he uses a app on the smart phones that is called hover. This app allows you to take pictures of your house from different angles and render a 3D view of the house. He came back with what I thought was a fair price. All the items I wanted covered in the contract were covered. Everything was signed through electronic documents. He was able to get me 0 down and 0% interest for a term of 6-12 months. I ended up going with the 6 month term. The only think I wish I had was more face time with Jeremy during the signing process. Install: The installers where great. Very hard workers and knocked out the project with 2 guys in 4 days. I was on site a lot of the time and I did not see any time of them not working hard and that was something great to see. They communicated with me and let me know what was going on and made sure that I was informed. When the project was done I had a few things that I wanted to get touched up. Very small things they knocked out in 10 mins. That was great to see. I would say my overall experience with Jeremy and the crew was a very good one. Of the 5 estimates from different companies we were most impressed with Corey. His estimate was also the best. He and his wife run their company out of their home so the overhead isn't as high as with other companies. Corey was very professional and conscience and one of the things that really impressed us was that he had his own crew. Some of the others hired subcontractors which is ok but we just felt more confident with someone with their own crew. Some of Corey's crew were Amish workers who have such a good reputation as being hard workers. Our roof was put on Thursday and we are so happy with the job they did. The roof looks beautiful and they hauled away every piece of debris and then went over the area with a big magnet to make sure there were no loose nails. You couldn't tell anyone had been here except for the new roof. And because it was supposed to rain later Corey picked up 2 more crew members to make sure they finished in one day before the rain came that evening.
