Today I stopped by to this Arco coming from the bank for gas since it was cheaper then other gas stations near the area, I was kinda of in a hurry since I was on my way to work so I patiently waited behind two kids buying snacks till it was my turn. Once it was my turn I pull out a 20 from the stack I had just token out the bank and gave it to the cashier and told him, I wanted 20 on pump 6 after telling him what pump I walked off to pump my gas as soon as I was reaching the door the cashier called me and told me the bill I had gave him was fake so I got confused and didn't process what he had told me in the moment he just gave it back to me so I took a second 20 out the stack and walked out, well pumping my gas I then proceeded to check the bill he gave me since it had set in what he told me. After checking the bill I then realized he had gave me a way different bill then the first one I had gave him this one was more lighter and less dirty, once realizing I went back inside the store and confronted him and asked him why the bill was lighter when I handed him a aged 20..he was so quick to start yelling and getting mad towards me saying that I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm honestly really disappointed if I could give a 0 review I would since they scammed me out of a 20 bill. read more

Be careful if you're trying to take advantage of the car wash deal where you get $.20 cents off per gallon if you buy a car wash. Be sure you check your receipt. The first time it happened to me I thought it was just a fluke, so I took my receipt from the pump, went inside and asked for a refund of the difference since I had purchased a car wash and was supposed to get $.20 cents off per gallon. They said this something was wrong with the pump and gave me $3.00 in cash. Now we're not talking about big bucks here, but if everybody thought they were getting $.20 cents off and never checked their receipts, I'm sure the gas station will be happy to make an additional profit. The second time it happened to me, I knew this wasn't just a computer glitch at the pump - and something yells me it's not just happening to me. BE CAREFUL WASHING YOUR CAR HERE! I recently ran my brand new car through the car wash and when I got home I noticed all kinds of SCRATCHES on the side from the car wash brushes. Also, before I left (and noticed the scratches on my car) I asked the female inside to please turn on the air for me so I can fill up one of my tires, she replied with "We can only give you free air if you purchase $10 or more worth of gas". This a a busy Arco. There are a lot of stations to fill up on but its crowded because there is also a car wash and oil change garage on the premises. The store is usually clean unless it's busy but there is always a line at checkout. The staff is polite and friendly. read more

I usually go to the gas station at a minimum of twice a week. I pay for the car wash just to be able to use the vacuum there. The first time their car wash supervisor "Victor" approached me very aggressively stating I couldn't use the vacuum. I showed him my receipt and continued to use it. I ignored his attitude. I go for my vacuum use again, pay for another car wash. He approaches me again aggressively, assumes I didn't pay. Turns off the vacuum and tells me I can't use it because I didn't pay. I tell him I did, show him receipt. After proving him wrong (make him like like an idiot) he refuses to let me use it. I approach the manager and very little was done. I don't think the way Victor approaches people is correct. I understand other people may want to use it for free. However he should always ask people and not be so mad for no damn reason. This is my go to gas station! Mainly because Its so close to home and conveniently right off the freeway. Gas is usually cheaper here than other arcos so that's a plus as well. I always find myself here whether it's for gas, morning coffees, quest bars and water for the gym I've even bought a car charger for my phone here. This place is always clean and super busy and always staffed. Never have to wait in a crazy long line, good thing cause lord knows I'm always running late. The guy who works here in the morning is super nice. Always says good morning and when I purchase my coffee he always reminds me of my stamp card. 4 stamps and the 5th coffee of any size is free. I want to say that I've been here probably more than 30 times and the last few times I have been here the bathroom is absolutely disgusting, nasty with poop all over the back wall. I have expressed this to management and I said how are you supposed to use your restroom when you're walking in a puddle of urine they laughed and said that's not my job, well I ask you who's job is it? And who is managing this place? The employees at this location are not only ignorant but also liars. I purchase gas and a car wash which is a discount of .20 per gallon. The girl Sam rings the gas and when I say oh yeah I'm getting a car wash too. Instead of canceling the purchase and running it together she does nothing . After I fill up my gas I notice that I paid the higher amount. I go inside and another ignorant employee, Chris, doesn't even understand what I'm saying. Makes me walk all the way outside to move the pump so he can give me a receipt. When I question the price he says I bought it separately. I paid at the same time, what they should do is rerun it but no he insists that I can't get the car wash discount because it was paid separately by the first cashier. Walked in last night in a hurry to find that there was no one behind the register it looked empty then I walk further in by the bathrooms, and some heavy set, balding samoan dark skinned employee is hiding legit snacking on chips and what not, I had to walk towards him to get his attention as he was preoccupied chewing quickly, then bam, I get an attitude from this guy as he seems almost bothered that I wanted to purchase something, I only visit the area 2x a month but this visit is enough to make sure I bookmarked the location so I no longer have to walk into this specific gas station. I really needed gas to get to my next destination, I had a total of ten dollars. 6 in cash the rest in change and only fourty cence were in pennies the rest silver, I counted everything in front of him and even separated it as he asked.
