This place is really really old and run down. Parts of the ceiling was caving in. On top of being really dirty and in need of being demolished. Lmao. Lanes we're probably the cleanest thing here. Its small. The prices are ridiculous. And the bowling staff are hella rude. Old and grouchy. I wouldn't recommend this place anyone. read more

Had to stand at the main desk for a couple of minutes while the lady was having a conversation. We asked if we could bowl for 2 and the response we got was, "no, we're closed for league. Will be open from 9-12pm" and turned around to carry on her conversation. Not surprised at their already had poor ratings. Only place in Fairbanks that has given us poor customer service so far. read more

This bowling alley is awful. The smell when you walk in the door is enough to make you turn around and RUN. Alas, the kids were excited about bowling!! The price was a little much, $4 per game for kids and $5 for adults. That does not include shoes which are three dollars each. That brings us to $22 for 3 people to bowl 1 game. After getting passed the odor of the building, you are quickly greeted by the blaring rap music that is extremely inappropriate for kids and families. I asked the staff member if she could change the music to something more family friendly and she turned it off. It's hard to believe that on a Saturday at noon, with 25 kids in the building, they would think it's appropriate to play such music. In conclusion, It wasn't worth it and they don't have bumpers on the lanes for kids. So the little ones didn't have much fun getting straight gutter balls. read more

About 25 lanes or so, serves beer to those over 21. Disappointing that on a Saturday night they didn't turn on a disco ball or blacklight and play some dance music. Music seemed to be mostly customer selection from an electronic jukebox. Drink while you bowl! read more

The only place in town that I have found that has a pro shop inside. I went in to get my ball re-drilled, explained that I had injured my hand and it had healed wrong. The guys working there were able to re-drill to suit my grip and it has been working great! read more

HORRIBLE experience!!! This place is WAY over priced!!!! We payed $40 for me and my 3 kids (one of which just turned 2 and doesn't even know how to bowl) to play ONE game... OK I get that Fairbanks doesn't have a whole lot to do, so these business owners can "rob" us but seriously if you are going to charged outlandish prices AT LEAST MAKE SURE UR EQUIPMENT WORKS!!!!! Every time I have been to arctic bowl I have had some kind of issue with the lane we are on or the computer messing up and not keeping correct score!! Very frustrating after paying all that money!! I have learned my lesson and would rather go thru getting a pass to drive on post to take my kids bowling!!! read more
