We were the only people in the store, made eye contact with 6-7 staff, yet no one greeted us, offered help or even checked in as we did find many pieces we wanted. After an hour we gave up and left only to give another business our sale. The worst part is I told their head office about this dreadful experience and they didn't even reply. Do not shop here if you like be treated like a peasant. Run, don't walk but run away as there are so many businesses that actually want and deserve your hard earned money. When you decide to invest in 'great patio furniture' because you're tired of sitting in uncomfortable chairs, you go to .do patio furniture and purchase over $5000 of patio furniture with the covers to protect them. Here's what happens: The cover tears in the wind and your cushions get soaked. You've had the covers for two seasons, but you think, they should have lasted longer than that. You go to the store and ask if they're in stock. The minute you hint that one tore, the manager changes his demeanour. You show him a photo and he says well you've had those for a while because they've lost their colour. He shows you a dark grey cover and you say, they were never grey, we bought them and they were beige. He says, that's weird, I don't get that. You say, ya, me neither. He has to special order the love seat cover. You don't ask for a replacement, you ask for a discount because you get that you've gotten two seasons out of them and it's not fair to have them give you brand new ones. The manager says they need the original receipt. You say, I bought it all online during covid curbside so we should be in the computer. He repeats, we need the original receipt. I walk out. He says, do you want me to order these. I say, sure. The he says, we need a deposit. I say, forget it. I had no intention of going back. I have no intention of going back. You should either. From start to finish our experience was horrible. We picked them up during the height of covid and EVERYBODY took their masks off when they went behind the desk. While checking out, I watched a salesperson eating a messy burrito, licking her fingers and using the computer. It was bananas. They still have their recommended mask sign on the door, which is hysterical!! Go to Lowes. Go to Home Depot. Go to Costco. Go anywhere, but DO NOT GO TO .DOT PATIO FURNITURE.

Great service, they know what's on the floor and have ideas new items. Stopped in on a recommendation and will no doubt get my replacements at Flamingo.

There is not much of a demarcation between the two stores, except the price suddenly drops to 10-15 times less expensive! The service is really helpful. The salespeople do earn commission, so they are eager to help. The store is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms and a third wheelchair accessible washroom. It's great as rust free…read moregoes, but over time the powder paint coating will flake off if you leave it outdoors...which, unfortunately I did over the years. I suspected you could try to find a vendor to strip and refinish the set, so I decided to stop in at this dot while I was in the area to find out for sure. I was not disappointed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff here to answer my question, because she previously worked in such a place and I got the benefit of her previous work experience. Thank you, dot, for hiring people who really have the background for the job. I decided to have fun browsing the store as it's the end of summer and this clearance outlet has plenty to offer. I wound up creating a set of outdoor placemats over 20 years of having the patio set...yeah lol. I had to create a combination of 3 styles to get 8 placemats, but boy was I rewarded when I went to the cash to ring up. 100% recommend checking this franchise out if you're investigating outdoor furniture options. I was 100% happy 20 years ago, and I'm still 100% happy shopping here today.
