Of course, you have to ask to take a guitar down. They watch you intently while you browse the store as if you're going to steal something... Rude service. As far as their selection, every guitar is far overpriced. You can get them in the United States for far less, and that is after importing. For the models that are made in Spain, you think they would cost less. One guitar was priced at $4,000 EURO, it was definitely not worth that much. I own a Jose Oribe valued at $6,000 and it plays far better with much better wood selection and craftsmanship. I would choose other local shops over this one.

Their Yelp reviews were positive (so were the other place's), but they were located in Alcobendas and much closer to our home. Amanda was so great to work with--especially since I speak Spanish, but I'm not fluent enough to manage an instrument rental contract without some help. Their facility was absolutely jaw-dropping. The stock of instruments and equipment, their clear professionalism and evidence of the volume of business they do, and the ease with which they do business were all impressive. I would strongly recommend anyone needing to rent an instrument long- or short-term go here first.
