The food and service were overall good. I enjoyed the Grilled Chicken Wings that I ordered, and I substituted the fries with veggies. Some parts of the chicken were burned, but I just tore those burnt parts off. The veggies didn't have much flavor besides the honey mustard sauce poured over it, but I did like how the plate came with lentil soup, which was slightly tangy and very refreshing. At each table, there's a phone jail cell that you can use to lock your phones in and enjoy free cream puffs at the end of your meal. The restaurant itself is actually really cute, there are like a dozen little tables but you can put them together to fit more. There are cages to lock your phone up so you can truly enjoy your company, big fan. We had the pleasure of being served by Isela, she was phenomenal! We had a huge table and she is new to serving, but you couldn't even tell! She was so attentive and bubbly, greeted us with a big beautiful smile and great attitude. The menu has enough options for everybody, but not too many that's it's overwhelming. Big fan of the pictures on the menu. Everybody enjoyed their drinks and their food, no need for a box. Definitely recommend giving this place a try. We ended up camping out for 3 hours. The ONLY thing that could've made our experience better is if there were mute boards, it was suuuper noisy. Tried this place out with my fiancé and some friends for a birthday party and we immediately became a fan of this restaurant. The service was truly amazing at this restaurant as our waiter was really kind and attentive. Their food quality was also truly off the charts. We ordered the chicken and beef kebob combo which I loved the presentation as much as I loved the flavors of their food. The soup that came with the food was also great. The interior of this restaurant was also beautifully decorated and I loved the phone cage concept so much. So basically the restaurant emphasized on spending quality time with each other and if the phones were placed in the small cage placed on the table during the duration of the food you would get rewarded with a puff pastry which my gosh was so delicious. We were in Addison for the kid's swimming competition and decided to try this place since we were in the mood for something different from our usual routine. We went for lunch on a Sunday. We found street parking near the front entrance. The ambience of the restaurant is upscale-casual. Everything was clean and wiped down. It took a few minutes to digest the menu since it is pretty extensive and everything looked enticing. The wife decided on babagonush for an app, while I tried the Turkish tea pot. The tea was really tasty, especially after adding a bit of honey for sweetness. I tried the babagonush and thought it was good with a smoky aftertaste, but the wife disagreed and thought it was a little bitter. But it's my review so I have the final say. It was smoky. It was a large portion so we could only finish about half. It comes with a good amount of pita bread. We were also given a cup of lentil soup, gratis. It needed some salt but basically was good. The wife and I decided to split a combo tower which is one skewer of chicken and one of ground beef. We decided a Greek salad and roasted veggies as our sides. Everything was spectacularly good. The beef was juicy, tender, and had wonderful seasoning. Delicious. The chicken was juicy, tender, and had a wonderful grilled flavor plus whatever marinade they used. Delicious. The setting was cute during Valentine's and decorated well. It's funny that they have this little cage for you to put your phone in so that you are genuinely spending time with your friends/family. You also get some free cream puffs! BUT the waitress didn't do that and she ignored that we put our phones in the cage. So I'm not going to give the full 5 stars. That was a little bit odd. I'm not a super adventurous eater so this was different for me. We tried the burger tower, the lamb skewer, the wings, the chicken skewer and the beef wrapped in pita. The wings and wrapped beef were the best and I highly recommend them!! They also brought out some complimentary soup as an appetizer and I thought it was delicious. It is definitely very lemon-y but I love lemon so it was perfect for me. The service was great too. It's a relatively small place so there were only 2 young ladies serving but the lady we had was great. I never felt like I couldn't get a hold of her and she was so sweet. Since we went on a Saturday evening, they had live music and it was so nice. The vibe was perfect and it added an extra touch that really just made this whole meal enjoyable. read more

We had the lentil soup, which was really good. We had the falafel wrap which was okay, but needed a sauce. Unfortunately, the only vegan sauce option was a really spicy sauce (which limited how much we could use). We were really sad to find that the hummus has dairy in it, which I've never seen another place do because it's a great protein option for vegans. Genuinely amazing experience. I'm Egyptian so I'm always trying to find food that brings me back to my childhood and this place delivered tenfold. The waitress we had was so nice and was apologizing for the smallest of delays as if they were a travesty. Once I took a bite of my food, all was forgotten and all I could focus on was how amazing everything was. They need to have a line out of the restaurant for this place. We sat outside with the perfect weather and there were no flies or insects or anything of the sort and they even put out these fly swatter machines just in case which I've never even seen beforehand. Delightful time at Ardy's this afternoon. We live in the neighborhood and were excited to see a Mediterranean establishment within Addison circle. The lunch menu has a vast selection and we wanted to see how the meat tasted since during the work weeks always involve ordering local sandwiches and such. Selected the beef kebob tower and let me tell you, everything on that plate was delicious and flavored beautifully. The kebob was perfect and we didn't need to touch the tzatziki sauce the entire time. The lunch menu plates come with soup and in the summer they will come with salads. Fries were really yummy and we actually finished all the vegetables (rare lol). Service was outstanding, we sat outside since we had our pup Joey with us, they brought by a little bed for Joey to relax on! Our waitress was warm and attentive and the owner also came by to ask how everything was. Very happy they're pet friendly, as the owner asked if Joey was permitted to eat chicken. They came by with a piece all shredded, Joey was in heaven. Ordered a baklava to go and this was my first time trying it warm, since they offered. I have since moved further North, but found myself in the neighborhood this afternoon. I am floored that this is what $130 gets me at Ardy's in 2025. A measly 6 pieces of inch-wide chunks of meat with two sides for $28.99 is the epitome of fraudulent, and I will no longer contribute my dollars towards their inflation-riddled menu. Disappointed is an understatement. Not surprised there is a Now Hiring sign in the window, and I will be avoiding the next establishment that occupies this space in the Fall of '25. Update: I typed that entire review whilst in the parking lot. That is how egregious this was. When I got home, I realized that I wasn't even given the accurate selection of sauces that I requested. 2nd Update: The food was amazing as I remembered.
