The amount of times I (and my young child) heard the f word and that he was going to quit the job blew my mind. It was very clear and there was no confusion about what was being said. I can't help that my house is older, that a smaller person wasn't available to get into the tight space, or the fact it happened on a Friday. The "finished" job was shoddy, and will be fixed by someone else. After the last employee "cleaned up" we picked up drink bottles, supplies, and rocks through the basement. If you don't mind unprofessional, vulgar language and attitudes and having to fix things and clean up, then this may be your solution, but we will not be calling again. I would have rated two stars for how fast they came, but the fact that he told me over and over that he was marking this as an emergency. Just so unprofessional.

When the system died we had to go to 100% emergency electric heat. Our house is 3200 SF and the electric bill was $800. Buschur's did a great job during the whole process. Their staff was so knowledgeable, respectful. honest, and friendly. We love the new geothermal, bill has gone down drastically. Also, we had Buschur's put 2 electric, and 2 wood burning inserts in our non functional fire places. Lastly, we had them install a mini split at the far end of the house to help heat and cool. Last night with the temperature nearing zero one of the boilers failed to turn on and the house was cooling quickly. I couldn't figure out what was needed so I called All Seasons and talked to Ty. He walked me through how to check if the problem was electrical or maybe the thermostat. Using Ty's instructions, I was able to determine that it was the thermostat and get the boiler running temporarily until I was able to install a new thermostat the next day.
