The manager was rude and dishonest to me during the service of my wife's computer. He stated that he would refund me since I was dissatisfied with the service. The refund never returned into my account. I stopped in and inquired about it and then he actually completed the refund, threw my receipt on the floor, yelled abusive language at me, told to never come back. After I left he called me and told me that he cancelled my refund. I would not recommend AreaPCPro to anyone. Sincerely, DP. read more

If you need your computer repaired, I would recommend another shop. They never answer the phone when you call. I left several messages and they don't reply. Seems like he's bothered to help you, needs a bit of customer training to help his business succeed. I wouldn't say he's rude, but more like untrained in business communications, and therefore, comes off rude. He's had my computer over a week and it just needs a hard drive replaced. I should go in and just pick it up and pay the diagnostic fee and take it somewhere else. read more

We were trying to ship an item back home. They have a fedex store in with them. The only boxes for sale were to small. We asked the work, who was rude and in helpful, if we could use one of his many boxes laying around and he said no. Thank for nothing, don't give this person your business read more

We are from Nebraska. We needed to a mail a gift back home. The store manager who was not friendly or accommodating. He had piles of boxes (hoarding) behind his desk. The Manager would not give us a box. Really? Karma. read more

This place is a pure joke..They also do Fed Ex drop off.. They lost two of my Packages yesterday..The owner denied me to talk to the owner..then started to harass me on my personal facebook!! very very unprofessional behavior..when i tried to get him to locate my packages, he then told me not to come back into the store..so im out over 200,00 dollars!! if you value your time and you items, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! read more

These ppl don't deserve a star at all. They have wasted my valuable time. Louisville flea market would have done a way better job then these clowns. It's 413 pm they tell me on the day I supposed to pick up the laptop that the part that they reordered took a week to come and it's still not here but if it comes today at 413 I can fix it in 30 mins if I don't get a phone call or customer comes in the store. But I paid you two hundred dollars for what??? To be disappointed...... Terrible these ppl are not professional at all run and keep your money.... read more

I'd like my marriage to last another 20 years. I called the manufacturer, and they were of no help. The TineCo rep said I could replace the broken parts but cost wise, it would be cheaper to replace the entire unit. Yeah, thanks for nothing. So, I went back to my BestBuy and explained how my 4-month-old TineCo bit the dust. (Pun intended). I told him how I purchased the unit on sale and asked if he would match a four-month-old sales price so I could replace the vacuum. No hesitation whatsoever. And within minutes I had purchased an exact replacement for the great savings when I first made the purchase. As we all know, "supply chain" issues limit in-stock items for most businesses; so, I couldn't leave with the vacuum. Instead, it was delivered the NEXT DAY. So - a quick recap. Disaster. The best in the southern Indiana area. I will never go anywhere else for computer repair! The staff is very friendly and I had my computer back way faster than I expected. When I first came in I was immediately greeted and by the time I left I knew I had left my computer in good hands. I had my computer repair completed and picked it up in two days. about a week later I had a question so I called and they were very patient and helpful with resolving an issue that I HAD ALREADY caused in the short amount of time that I had my computer back without making me feel like it was my fault. The owner is very friendly and explains technical stuff in a way that I can understand. I brought my laptop in because it went completely haywire and I needed it back asap. I don't know much about computers but the way they took the time to explain what was going on was amazing! I thought I was going to lose all of my pictures and documents, I apparently had a really bad virus. They were able to get it removed and when I got it back it was exactly like it was when i dropped it off but completely virus free and actually seemed to run even faster! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I took my laptop in with a cracked screen and got the lowest quote out of all the places I called. I was extremely pleased and surprised that they called me the SAME DAY to come pick it up. The new screen somehow looked even better than the original.
