One unit was left in the garage because they could not get it down the steps. Installers did not have furniture blankets. I was told I needed to remove the railing. I couldn't, so they parked the unit in my garage to deal with later. The second one was installed on the first level, but it was completely crooked. The installers said that either my floor or cabinets were not level. So, I called the builder and we checked the next day. Everything is level in the home - it is new construction! After a call to customer service, a second crew came to fix the problem. That resulted in the refrigerator being brought all the way down to the floor, and I was told not to move it, or it would destroy my floor. They shimmed it with some available cardboard. The refrigerator was still crooked. They didn't even acknowledge the second unit so it remained in my garage. We decided to return both units. We finally purchased from a different company. No tilt. Perfect fit. Go elsewhere.
