Called customer support and apparently they had to send a person to see it, person who was available in 2 weeks (!!!). I kindly said that this is not acceptable, and since I have problems with a bed, they should prioritize accordingly. With complete arrogance they said that I have a mattress to sleep on. After two weeks the 'guy' came and said that indeed the bed is defective and that he will report back. After 5 days, I got another call from the joke of a customer service from IKEA saying that they will replace the entire bed. I said ok, but you have to provide delivery and assemble the new bed, since it was not my fault that the product is defective. After several min of arguing, they said to be thankful that they are bringing the new bed over... I said ok fine, and before hanging up, I was kindly told to dismount the old one :) Long story short, IKEA has horrible customer service and this was the last straw. I will file a complaint for causing me incredible stress and for the mockery I was being put through for an entire month. I will never buy their products ever again. I won't tell you not to buy from them, just be very careful since they clearly don't value their clients at all.

I was happy to see that the prices here are actually quite reasonable. They have a great selection of kitchen, house, living, gardening and office items. I've bought some pots for plants (19kr each), Weck jars (20-29kr each - same price or lower than some grocery stores), and a few small kitchen items. There is a nice mixed of Danish brands and other brands. The store staff is nice and wrap up your breakable products in cardboard paper when you make a purchase. I've had to do a return at one point and they were equally pleasant.

The only thing i bought here are the postcards, you could probably get it somewhere else, but this place have more choice of the postcard by that artist:)

Being kind of a stationary geek I really enjoy the large selection and the way the products were presented. Nice selection of Japan made washitape, elegant notepads etc. Good place to find a beautiful gift for a loved one without breaking the bank. I highly recommend.
