They communicated clearly with me, answered all of my questions, and gave me several options. They were even able to accommodate a change of dates. They showed up right on time for the shoot and went above and beyond what I expected. They delivered the photos and video in a very timely manner and were even able to make adjustments for me afterwards. This was my first non-chain hotel/motel. There were maybe a dozen rooms, with parking right in front of your room. Our room was a pretty standard size, with a TV, microwave, coffee maker, phone, and mini fridge. No alarm clock, but we also recently stayed at a big chain motel that had one we couldn't correct the time on, so I can't really complain there! Everything was very clean. Wifi was available, but the whole time I was there it was up one minute, down the next. Fortunately that's not why we were there! The bathroom was small, and the tub surprisingly short. Barely a foot tall? I don't think you'd be able to take much of a bath, so consider it a shower. Water pressure was more along the lines of attempting to shower in a lawn sprinkler. No vents, so we got to open the window and watch the neighbor play with her dog. The owner? manager? a Polish woman we encountered in the office, was brusque, but accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

They want their customers to receive fair and honest pricing and have a highly successful event. Second, they go above and beyond. Not only are they going to listen to your needs, but this will also make suggestions. Not to "upsell", but because they are truly the experts and can anticipate your need before you do. Third, they stick to their word. When they say they will do something- they do it. I have used tents and events several times. Recently, a family member had a sudden cancellation from her party planner, we are talking days before the memorial was to take place. This planner was responsible for everything. So, needless to say, she was now back to square one. Hearing her distress immediately put me to action, and I knew there was no one other to call than Rebecca Graves, owner of Tents and Events. Rebecca flew into action! She gathered all the necessary supplies, plus went to the store to purchase what we needed that had already been rented out to other events. We not only had everything to pull our party off, but Rebecca and her amazing crew made it more than we could have ever expected. Rebecca likes to refer to me as the "super hero for saving our party". But did I forget to mention that all of this happened 4th of July! Clean and solid faculties Well lit, easy to get a BIG rig in and out of. Plenty of space for 20-30 horses. Stalls, stalls w runs, and outdoor pens available. Hook ups for RVs and LQs. Owner, Gay, is a very nice and helpful. Make reservations because this place is popular! Also, don't forget to try the Three Sisters Cafe just south one exit.
