I finally fell for it and signed 2 contracts with them allowing them to buy 2 of my properties at BARGAIN BASEMENT prices - basically the lowest lowball offers I had ever received...but I thought they were going to actually follow thru with their agreement so although it was a fraction of what my properties were actually worth, I decided to go forward. BOY was I scammed BIG TIME. Not only did they waste my time holding my properties hostage while they did their "inspection", they came back to me attempting to cut their purchase prices down even more!!! They lied about the condition of my properties, claiming each needed $66,000 of renovations to sell which was TOTAL CRAP. So after trusting them and signing 2 binding contracts (which they ended up defaulting on), they tried to lowball me even more not by just a $1000 but by another $66000 each! When they realized I was onto them, they immediately rescinded both contracts. Then after I advised them I would write them a "truthful" online review, the Owner Adrian immediately called to apologize trying to assure me they weren't scamming me hoping I wouldn't submit my review (but still wouldn't uphold the signed contracts). Their goal is to get properties for dirt cheap then bargain down the contracted purchase price even more, by falsely claiming extensive renovations are needed or they walk away. They focus on their own pocket while sacrificing the Seller's time, money and properties for their sole benefit and profit. Unless you want to be screwed and give away your property, SELLER BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM GOLEX PROPERTIES

Stephanie Howard handled a closing for a property owned by my stepfather. He shortly thereafter…read morepassed away. My mother found the check and called Stephanie asking her how to proceed since the check was made out to him. In her grief she didn't know any better and probably should have consulted an attorney but she trusted Stephanie when Stephanie told her to mail it back to her office, and that she would immediately re-issue the check to my mother - who is the estate holder. That was ONE YEAR AGO. My sisters and I have called Stephanie numerous times and every time we call she says, "Oh ... it's on my desk, I'm sending it right now." Liar. My mother has not yet received it. Our congressman's office told us that Stephanie, as a professional, would have known that all my mother would need to do is sign the back and deposit it. My mother never needed to send that check back to Stephanie, and Stephanie knew that very well when she took advantage of my mothers grief and confusion after the passing of her husband. My mother is tired of waiting. We have contacted our state officials and police department in Florida and we're going to file a complaint against Stephanie formally. And if we have to contract an attorney to sue her we will do that. But in the meantime just know that you should not trust someone who KEEPS money THAT BELONGS TO OTHER PEOPLE, especially our most vulnerable citizens. Shame on you All About Closing, Inc, refusing to give a widow her money, and ignoring calls from her and her daughters to pay her the money you owe her. All About Closing definitely follows compliance guidelines which may be why this person is upset- he could not get them to bend their rules. I along with many others who have utilized their company, have NEVER had an issue with them. It appears this man has a serious personal problem with bashing companies and making false accusations as he has left multiple negative reviews on Google and Yelp for other local businesses. It is unfortunate that people can be so nasty that they take the time to PUBLICLY DEFAME AND POST A LIBEL about hardworking businesses. Do not allow this one person's negative review to deter you from the fact that All About Closing has done over 10,000 closings in 7 years without a single claim with the State of Florida and has been recognized as the Top Title Agent in Florida for 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 according to their website. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE ALL ABOUT CLOSING WHENEVER I HAVE A PURCHASE OR SALE.
