The guy here was so nice, telling us all our options, explaining how to keep the cost down, and, because this is a custom order, he did a house call to see the bed frame in person before calling the company....which made me really happy because now I know it will be a sure fit! This is some of the best customer service I have ever had in Amsterdam, hands down.
