Make sure you wear pants, leather shoes (closed toe), no cell/camera photos allowed during the tour, and no watches or excessive jewelry either. And they are strict about all of these!! The tour is only long (1.5hrs) because of the safety videos and elevator wait times that are present. The finale is a visit to the "museum", which is really just a bar with 3 antique items and several non-labeled old looking bottles. The bar has a fantastic view of Mazatlan and they give you free 1/4 bottles of Pacifico, which is nice! My buddy and I showed up and managed to talk our way into joining a local college tour group. Know some Spanish, have some confidence, don't ask too many questions, and you'll be fine. Definitely don't pay any organization or person a "tour fee" since its free for everyone.

We are from the United States and we love Pacifico. It's by far my most favorite Mexican beer. Fair enough So, we came back in July 2017 and tried making appointments. We were trying to make appointments by phone since a month prior (June 2017), and each and every single time no one answered. Finally we walked up the brewery and called by phone at the front door and finally the lady who gives the tours came down to talk to us. We mentioned we wanted a tour and she proceeded to give us a piece of paper with the phone number. We told her that we had already been calling the number for over a month and NO ONE HAD ANSWERED. Her response was: "if I can't answer the phone I can answer emails." So we asked her if we could just send an email and make an appointment. She told us that she couldn't do that because she was in a meeting all day. She then told us that she can't do tours with less than five people. None of this informs was ever made available on the phone or website however. I'm pissed off because she gave the impression that she was just trying to pacify us and send us out of her hair ("oh just send an email" -_-). Really!? How can we trust that we will get a response to an email if we never got a response on phone for over a month. I got the impression that she was just lazy and didn't want to take the time to give us the tour. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that tours are free? I honestly don't know. All I can see was I am INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS BREWERY! I don't even know if I can buy another Pacifico without feeling anger again. Grant it, I love their beer so I probably will but the people who work at the brewery can go to hell! Especially since we came all the way from the US. Waste. Of. Time. The person who gave this company four stars below mentioned that the "price is right."...IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE!!! Just sounds like crooked business to me. We were probably not accommodated because we never offered them money (it was supposed to be free). Shady, shady SHADY!!!

I'll be honest and admit that I had zero intentions of doing any shopping from this store…read more However, after doing lots of window and souvenir shopping t the nearby market, Mom needed to use a bathroom, so we chanced going here solely for that purpose. I've been to its sister store in Puerto Vallarta and that wasn't impressive. This, however, was far better than that one. It's smaller, but much better organized. Everything is easy in the eyes, every product I was curious about was displayed so neatly. I'm gonna say it's the equivalent of Kohl's or Macy's back in the states. They pretty much sell the same products - designer labels included. Staff were friendly when we asked where the nearest bathroom was. That, too, was easy to find (FYI: it's on the third floor.) And every area we went to was clean! If we weren't so limited with time, I probably would have ended up with a couple of bags' worth of stuff! So, yeah... not all Liverpools are alike! They are running things well here. So if you might have the need for that kind of shopping, this is a good place to check out.
