We all know the bizarre routine of these places: you go in, wonder where all the goods are, find that everyone is looking at this brightly coloured catalogues, follow suit, spend ages trying to work out their category system, grab a piece of paper to write down a code, take it to the front desk or a machine to pay, then queue for ages in one of three coloured lanes to wait for your number to be called. Why you can't just ask one of the counter people to get your goods for you is beyond me. It just doesn't seem all that efficient. However, I've never been disappointed.
