But when it comes to hardware, home ware, electrical and toys, it's pretty hard to beat argos for their variety and amount of stock. Rather than going in and buying your product off the shelf, you fill in a little slip, go to the pay counter and then go collect your item when it has been brought up from the stockroom/warehouse. They have absolutely everything and since it is all stored, they don't have to worry about editing stock on the floor. As a result, they can sell everything under the sun without worrying about space issues. You can buy any sort of appliances, furniture, tvs and video games, computers, cameras, toys, personal care stuff like scales and razors, baby gear - the list goes on and on. If you're looking for something in particular, Argos should definitely be one of your first stops. They have a wide price range for pretty much everything. I don't have to waste time going from store to store. I just find what I need, see what store has it and put it on hold. Then I can go down a couple days later and get what I need. This location can get busy, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my items.

I've worked in here for a year and can tell that place is maintained as a top class mall. Security always on top of scumbags, shop lifters, junkies and local kids that come here only to mess around. Parking lot is more than enough even on a Christmas eve. They do car valets there as well. I lover the option to come and go via any side you choose. There're four entrances. Then four ways to get up to the first floor, where actual Tesco is located: two escalators for each side up and down and two lifts on each side. Staircases are just beside lifts, if you prefer that. In this Tesco you'll find most stuff. Basically everything. I might not find one or two specific thing that I need in other big Tesco, like the one in Finglas (Clearwater), but here you'll find almost anything. This place is not great only because of Tesco size, but also because of other shops that surround it. You may have a decent lunch here, also enjoy some KFC fast food. Get some pictures sprinted, beauty salon etc.

Nope. I have to pay either DPD or a post myself. I don't have an account w either so they would charge me the dimensional weight of the oversized box not actual weight. alternatively I can drive it to their store costing me fuel and parking not to mention a waste of time. As you can imagine the store gets really manic around Christmas. This one is on level 2 of the Square and you can park just outside it - which is handy if you're buying something heavy. There are plenty of catelogues to take home as well as the ones to look up items. They have a separate jewelry counter as well where they sell low end jewelry and watches.

They also do a smattering of furniture although that does tend to hinge on the pricey side of things. However if you need anything for your house this is usually a good place to start. Their cookware section is usually well stocked, and for some reason they sell a lot of photo frames. Upstairs there a smallish section of mens, womens and childrens clothing, which range in price although you can get a good deal on the kids stuff. Mostly they sell staples like t-shirts, tracksuits and jumpers, but they do have some fashion items as well particularly in the Savida section for women. The problem with Dunnes is that it can't decide what it wants to be. In the 80s it was all about being cheap, then in the celtic tiger it went all upmarket, and now it's being undercut by the German supermarkets. At the moment they're dropping prices and trying to compete which works on some items but not in overall shopping trolley comparison I find. Still though this Dunnes is nice and it's where I'd go for fresh bread, cakes and salads.
