A motorbike hit me while I was cycling, and was completely at fault. I had significant damage to my teeth and stitches in my face, a broken wrist, a busted road bike. I'm not from here but am legal to be here, but my Spanish isn't sufficient to navigate the legal system. Blanca and her assistant Imanol (whose English is really good!) really helped me out. I had worked with another lawyer prior and had to sort of fire him because he did hardly anything, and I was an extremely organized client. Blanca was able to get me an amount that better reflected the costs inflicted and the amount of work hours I had to waste at doctor's appointments and related time obligations, as well as hours I couldn't work due to pain in my wrist, and a busted face. In fact, the offer she secured from the insurance company of the motorbike driver was more than 3x what the other lawyer had been offered (though the old lawyer that I had to fire at another company had not even bothered to tell me an offer had been made months before).
