This cafe is a tad bit on the expensive side, but the waiter serving us here is very endearing, even though he does not speak any English. However, he has an English tattoo on his arm, so ask him to show you.
I have no both occasions, asked for the tuna and cheese, and the salami and cheese, both toasted, and I have never been disappointed. So this is my go to place, when I don't feel like empanadas and want a filling snack.
The waitresses behind the counter are a bit snobbish but the patrons in the cafe have always been very helpful and kind eager to strike up a conversation or offer their help as a translator when they find out we can't speak spanish and need help communicating our orders to the waiter.
