After refusing to tell me his price on a bottle of Eagle Rare I stated that you can find those bottles all around town for $50-$60 (an objective fact, they're getting very easy to find now) - his response was to laugh in my face, insult me, and say it was "clearly more than I could afford". I guess I shouldn't be surprised when he has a $25 bottle of Buffalo Trace marked "on sale" for $50. This sleezeball clearly lives in a different reality from the rest of us - good luck getting whatever ridiculously inflated number you stupidly think a $50 bottle is worth - or for that matter good luck selling anything to anyone when you insult them to their faces. I've honestly never had a more repulsive experience at a store in my entire life - so ya, stay far far away from this place and the total bozo running it who clearly doesn't want to sell people anything. I don't say this lightly, but I truly hope he goes out of business.

Total beverage said they had three of them in stock, and that he was welcome to come in and pick one of them up so he gets in his truck and drives over there only to be told by a female manager that those kegs are on hold for other people and he could not purchase one now that's not what he was told on the phone or else he would've not driven over there so after arguing and talking with another manager, he left without his keg ! NOW what bothers me the most is that the managers/people cannot communicate with each other to let each other know what is going on needless to say, won't return to total beverage... The staff here was super helpful and friendly. They even let me go behind the counter to look at some of their allocated bourbons including EC 18, Booker's, Russel's 13, Orphan Barrel, WP 15, and Woodford Batch Proof. The prices are a little inflated, but not egregiously so. I had a nice time browsing their selection and chatting with the staff member.
