They gave me a delivery date for my toy teacup maltipoo and everything went great. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He arrived clean, happy, and healthy with all of his paperwork and food. I took him to the vet the next day and they said he was in great shape, healthy, and had a great personality. He looked exactly like the photos and his personality is perfect. It seems like they likely represent multiple breeders given the volume of dogs they have on the site but my experience was great.

Giardia: The puppy arrived with this parasite and has required two separate rounds of treatment. Resolution Requested Because these conditions were present when the puppy left their care, we have incurred significant, ongoing veterinary expenses. Their offer to cover only 50% of these medical bills is unacceptable given that these were pre-existing issues or failures in their care prior to the puppy coming home. I am requesting full reimbursement for all veterinary costs associated with these conditions to date. They have confirmed receipt of the medical reports and bills previously submitted. My dog has loved everything from cupcakes, preorder birthday cake, holiday pumpkin pie, decorated treats, to the wonderful bagged treats in store. It's great to not have to think twice about whether or not a treat is healthy or safe because everything at howlin at the moon is made from real ingredients.
