We found this gem a few minutes from our house. This establishment is locally owned and have a very well kept store. Temperature controlled environment for each reptile. My boys liked that. They visit regularly and chat with the owners to get the scoop on new arrivals as well as tips and tricks on how to care for their gecko's. Great prices, very knowledgeble and friendly staff. They're located on 125th street not too far from the North Miami police station and street parking is easily accessible. I can already tell that they will know my kids by name in no time :)

So I return them for a partial credit because two of the animals were at the standard the manager had contacted me on three occasions all three occasion she was caddy she was missed directing answers and she was out right rude After I return five of the animals she contacted me and once again stated that the peer meeting on the tortoises was normal and that they were healthy I've been in return told her I could not resell those tortoises to customers knowing that they had distorted shells August -8-6-20 If you are looking to buy wholesale or buy this business PLEASE BEWARE !!!!! I was a customer with strictly reptiles for about a month placed two orders with them my second order we had an issue Which I thought was minor enough that a simple exchange could have solve the problem The inability of the manager to react reasonably to a return And her desire to punish me by canceling my account because I returned five poorly kept tortoises I ordered Seven red foot Tortoise is two of them showed up were perfectly fine but the five smaller ones had major pyramiding and shell distortion. I was told by Jeanette that this is normal and that they're healthy but anyone who raises or breeds Tortoise know that pyramiding is a sign of neglect do you humidity UVB or lack of calcium and poor diet. She argued with me that this was not a true statement Speaking of neglect her personal skills as a manager dealing with customers are so subpar that it left me with total shock and dismay and the way that I was talk to over the phone. I do appreciate them refunding the money I sent back for the tortoises but I did not appreciate them canceling my account because I return five tortoises that were in bad shape and bad health. I believe in customer service through my company Rainforest Exotics LLC and I would never send a customer an animal that was in poor health nor would I disrespect them by treating them in the matter and wish Jeanette treated me on today. The only reason I found out that my account was canceled was I had gone back to the website to order a pied ball python for a customer who requested it and I was sent an email back that they no longer see my account in the records. If the owners are able to view this please contact me via Facebook to further discuss the details of this horrendous customer service through your company 8 10-20 My account was unlocked I placed an order for $800 to fulfill a Tortoise order from two customers. I placed an order Sunday night the order went through they took the money from my account I was expecting the Tortoise to be shipped Monday arriving Tuesday. I assume the petty and rude manager Jeanette had come to her senses and realize that It was immature and petty to close an account of a customer who returned five juvenile Tortoise is because they were permitting and in poor health. But I see that her immaturity and her management skills are driven by her emotions and her pettiness. I received an email saying that my account password had been changed so I went back and I change my password again and it said that my account had been deleted. I was then sent an email refunding the almost $800 in charges for three adult wild caught tortoises. ( thank you for being mature for refunding my money) I then received a very funny yet childish email from Jeanette the manager which I will try to include with this. But it basically stated that I had someone contact Strictly reptiles begging them to re-open the account the account was reopened and when Jeanette found out the account had been reopened and an order had been placed she close the account and cancel the order. . No worries I've always wanted to import Tortoise is so I am pushing forward in that direction I will be importing and selling Tortoise is wholesale and retail in the near future Read the reviews and you will see my point.

I took my Quaker Cosmo to Beverly's on Friday .. It's not…read morethe first time I have been there . I called and spoke to Yaya and told her we were going to go to take Cosmo to cut his nails .. I asked if Ashley was there since she has cut his nails before. She said she was there that I could bring him and be there before 5 as they would not do after 5pm. I arrived close to 430 .. the girl in register I think her name was Ary or Aly . She asked me and I told her Cosmo was just doing Nails .. she charged me $15 plus tax . Then Ashley and another lady came and took Cosmo in his travel cage ... they were in there awhile then came out and gave him to me, Ashley told me his nails bleed as they were long she said and said veins get longer as nails get long too .. she said they put clotting powder .. never mentioned wings .. so me and my daughter left with Cosmo .. when I got home took him outa cage and he flew well he didn't he fell and hit himself against wall! I tht it was pain form mate being squeezed to do nails or idk ... but then we finally noticed his wings were cut .. they were long and beautiful and much needed ! I cannot believe they would do this when i clearly said nails .. I called Beverly's and asked to speak with Ashley and they put her on phone . I told her that when I got home Cosmo flew and fell down almost immediately and hit himself on wall .. I told her why did they cut his wings when we only asked for nail trim ? She said that's what she was told . Idk what kind of place is so irresponsible with something so delicate and important ! It's my birds life .. it's like taking away my legs .. he can't fly and now is getting injured has fallen 3 times ..I just beg you to please make a form where the Customer fills out as to what it is they are requesting .. nails or wings or both ! This is not acceptable to do this to my bird or anyone's ! And we won't talk about the nails, they look like lit matchsticks .. edges are kinda black and he seems to be in pain .. cut way too much ! How sad that the would do this to one's pet huh?

She asked me what I wanted and not "how can I help you." I asked for Royal Canin dog food, her reply, "I don't carry that brand, go to a regular supermarket for that". Then she told me she only carries high end dog food and not cheap food. I thanked her and walked out. Royal Canin isn't cheap nor is it found in regular supermarkets. Mary's demeanor was pretty rude. Am not returning to this establishment.
