Although they're typically a hearing test and hearing aid place, the doctor was able to look inside my ears and clear the blockage. There was even a follow-up appointment a week or two afterwards to doublecheck my ears again. Their prices are really reasonable and after my two appointments I was only charged a total cash price of $60-$70. Highly recommend them and will be back to have my ears checked every few years so they don't get plugged up again!

I received an offer in the mail from SoundPoint for a free hearing test and the chance to try…read morehearing aids. I have been previously diagnosed as someone who could benefit from them, but wasn't ready to jump in until now. The receptionist was very friendly and welcomed me to the facility. The hearing instrument specialist, Alexandra Boseant, immediately put me at ease while we discussed my hearing issues, and during the hearing tests. She went over the results with me, and she gave me so much more information about what I was looking at than other testing places. After trying the hearing aids, I decided to join the Hearing Aid Club, as I call it!!! I went back a week later for a follow up and to tweak the settings, and I have another one scheduled in 2 weeks. I told her I thought once you bought them, you were on your own, but that is not the case. I highly recommend this facility, the whole process has been very easy and comfortable, and I'm glad I chose SoundPoint.
