I bought a Dell desktop 3 weeks ago. NONE of the USB ports work. No returns. $120.00 down the drain. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

There is no "up and down." This place is a labyrinth designed by someone who said, "What if we hid Narnia behind every dresser?" I got lost at least three times. Possibly four. At one point I genuinely forgot: What I came for, which direction I entered... who I am as a person. Every time I thought I found the "main path," I'd turn a corner and BAM! secret pocket room. Hidden alcove. Side quest unlocked. Now, to be fair, if you are someone who enjoys treasure hunting, rummaging, discovering trinkets you didn't know you needed, and time traveling, this is your Disneyland. There is stuff. So much stuff. Trinkets. Bobbles. Whatnots, galore. Things your grandma had. Things your grandma refused to have. I went in looking for one very specific item. I did not find it. I did, however, find three existential moments and mild spatial disorientation. Did I have a good time? Yes. Did I leave with what I needed? No. Did I briefly consider dropping breadcrumbs to find my way out? Also yes. Three stars because it's impressive, chaotic, and an adventure... but if you go in with a mission, be prepared to lose it. Possibly along with your sense of direction. Would return. With a map.

They should really check their inventory bc there were several articles of questionable clothing; specifically, an ivory silk skirt with a peculiar crusty stain around the groin area for sale. It nearly made us put everything back and leave. They also don't hold anybody accountable as there were creepy dudes walking around pretending to shop, eating/drinking a can of IDK what. There's a very obvious sign that says no food or drink in the store. These pedos were eyeballing a child shopping with their father. They were clearly scoping the kid out and giving eachother weird notions. One guy was at one rack, and the other next to the father and child. When the mother came by and took the child and father away to another side of the building, these sickos left the store. Sketchy. Very f-ing scary. Anyway, here's to hoping none of the articles of clothing I purchased have any weird crusty stains or sold to the store by traffickers P.S. Buffalo, do better at managing the items you buy from random people, and the sick pedos that come to your store. If you see weird sh*t, whether clothing or behavior, don't allow it at your store. Simple as that.

I did not expect Reclectic to have such a large warehouse feel to it, but I mean you could truly spend all day in that store. They have great brands including Urban, Anthropologie, and Free People at just an amazing value. If you're like me, these brands make your mouth water but your credit card cry. Come to Reclectic to find still very much in style pieces that won't hurt the bank. Also I think this is a great way to prevent these items from getting destroyed and ending up in landfills due to not being sold the first time around!! Note that there are no dressing rooms so don't make the mistake I did of wearing a dress to shop here. There is a wall lined with mirrors where you are free to try anything on over your clothes so wear leggings and a tank top to shop! Will be coming back!!

It's easy to browse, nothing feels chaotic, and you can actually enjoy the hunt without getting overwhelmed. They also keep up with the basics--clean, spacious dressing rooms and restrooms, which always makes a difference when you're planning to try things on and take your time. Now, I'm rating this location in comparison to another DESERET Industry store I gave five stars, and the only reason this one lands at four is the air quality. There's a noticeable mustiness--more of that classic thrift store smell--and oddly enough, I found myself sneezing while inside, which wasn't happening before I walked in. I will say, the toys and home goods sections do lose a bit of that polished feel. Like the other location, those areas lean more toward slightly disorganized--nothing wild, but enough to break the otherwise clean, curated flow of the store. Aside from that? Solid spot. Great organization overall, easy shopping experience, and definitely still worth the thrift trip.
