Based on my experience your in for a fight if you go against him or his team. In other words if his firm is representing you they fight hard on your behalf. In the first suit I wasn't even involved but since I didn't answer some of their paperwork regarding and ex-employee in time I was automatically dragged in and "attached". To get myself out of the mess I forced / begged ex-employee to pay their debt through Hameroff to a car dealer. The second lawsuit was over a service provider who went bankrupt before finishing a project for me. My lawyer and Hameroffs team negotiated up till the last moment before reaching a settlement. I was pretty pissed off to pay anything as the job I hired out was only half finished, but my lawyer called it a win. Hameroff still got money from me - but it was less than half the initial amount. I call that a win for their side. A few years later I got to know David personally and mentioned he drug me into a lawsuit. Not knowing the details he smiled and said I must have been slow on the paperwork. Yep, he knows his stuff.
