Nicole Causus created a trust for me for ~$2000 in July 2024. When I attempted to contact her 18 months later to change my executor, I was told by Amanda that Nicole had retired and she did not keep my documents in any format, digital or otherwise. Luckily, I had a paper copy. I engaged another attorney to change my executor and was told that there were numerous concerns about the way my trust was set up so I had to have it completely reworked. The most concerning issue was that my current executor had immediate and full authority over my medical care and access to my banking and investment accounts regardless of my mental capacity and could have taken action that very day. Nicole assured me that this would only become effective if I was incapacitated. Disappointing to say the least. And a total waste of money.
