they are cheating bastards…read more they smartly designed user agreement in a way, that make it look we we will pay only 63EUR per person for our visa to china (number in the summary above the button "i agree"), but had lot of other fees mentioned somewhere else. total amount i payed in the end was over 130EUR - more than double. they charged us even for the courier to send our documents internally between their own offices (which was not mentioned anywhere and probably illegal). they are in fact third-level company, that applies for your visa with other company, that applies for visa with the embassy... you will end up saving lot of time and money if you do things yourself, even if you need to travel for your visa from bonn to frankfurt.

This place needs HELP. Place is starting to fall apart. On top of it, cleaning crew is not on top…read moreof it. Internet is a constant in and out. Their bar doesn't ever seem to open but would make a great gathering situation Especially during Karneval. Great location (hence the 2 stars) as it's right across from the train station, but at the price they charge, and the rooms being so damned small (bathrooms too) they really need to pick things up, or this dying cow of a place, will continue to look like it was rode hard and definitely out away wet.

I paid an exorbitant rate around the Dmexco conference (249 euros), which is vastly overpriced... It is right near the central train station, so I suppose it has that going for it. Otherwise, I would not return. Tip: If your breakfast isn't included in your rate, skip it. Nothing special. 19 euros is way overpriced! You can find something tastier at the train station for a quarter of the price.
