I looked around at several options and loved the idea of a Matterport tour. I also wanted additional options I could save and keep for the next time our unit is vacant and we need to find a new tenant. I contacted Ben and from our first phone conversation to sending me the completed files he impressed. Communication was flawless, he arrived exactly on time, completed work within the time frame given, and even sent me the completed files much earlier than discussed so I could send to prospective tenants ASAP. He took aerial photos of the house, beautiful interior photos, and shot a Matterport tour including a video of a tour I can save for later. He even created a microsite set up with all of the above - it made our place look like a million bucks and most importantly, it gave prospective renters all of the information they could need without needing to go in the property. All of this was completed at a very affordable rate given Ben's expertise, the time frame, and the beautiful end result. To top it all off, Ben is just a really nice guy and great to work with.
