Had a crawlspace encapsulation done by this company. 240 square foot crawlspace cost 2300.00…read more They didn't do anything to level it before hand, which I was told they would. Put the white white material down and attached to walls. As time went by there was a cat ore type odor coming from there and getting into the house. We don't have a cat. When I called them back out I was told that now the fix was to spray underneath the liner with something to kill vegetation since the smell was from that growing and then dying underneath this mat. They want an ADDITIONAL 1500 to now cut this mat, spray it, and then tape it back down which isn't going to help the integrity of this material. Why wasn't this done before putting this plastic down print they are too lazy, tell me and I would have done it. When I asked about the WARRANTY I was told it doesn't cover that smell happening, it's only for if the liner rips or tears. So they incorrectly installed this mat without testing it first and now the fix is to rip and tear the material to get underneath it. Don't be fooled by all the good reviews. They have these kids come in to do these jobs and then beg you for good reviews before they leave so the company will hub them lunch. Call other companies before you settle on these people.

Head-and-shoulders above the other companies. Redeemers' Group from Memphis (with operations in Little Rock) didn't properly install my EzFlow system. Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemer's group on their own. He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. Sent me pictures throughout the process, which helps since I'm out of town. Unlike the other companies I spoke to and have used in the past, Justin doesn't seem to just be interested in a sale. He constantly follows up and touches base to make sure that I'm informed and comfortable with the process. In short, seemed to care about my project and me. Really rare in business nowadays.
