He quickly and diagnosed the problem. The fan was on back order and they were not sure when they could get a new fan installed. We talked back and forthwith the company . They offered to let me use a spare portable ac unit while waited, which I did not need. Later they offered to install a temporary fan while I waited for the part, I took them up on their offer. The part came in maybe a month later. All during the process they kept me up to date. This is a well run company in my view. I cannot speak to the cost that they charged because the fan motor was under warranty. The labor charges seemed reasonable. I can recommend this company without any reservations. I asked them to check out my gutters and after inspecting them he told me they were fine and did not need cleaning out. However, I asked them if they could blow off the leaves, etc. on the roof while on it which they did. He also found a loose guard on the gutters and put a screw into it. He charged a very nominal price for his service and I was very pleased that he informed me the gutters were fine and did not need cleaning. When I have a need for window cleaning or gutter cleaning A+ will certainly be the ones I call and recommend to neighbors, friend and relatives.

They take the time to offer preventive measures that save me money.
