The other issue was him putting our wrong address down which put us in a different township (for a man who has been in business so long that seems like a very elementary type of mistake), which changed up our tax information. Finally, we received another piece of mail from the state telling us we owed additional money because our state return wasn't done correctly. In other words, this man messed up our federal, state, and local returns. When I reached out to him regarding the issue, he basically put the blame on us even though he is the professional account.
