Fortunately ,only the reset button was needed to start the pump. Watching the pump, filter and everything working perfectly for at least 5 minutes I went in the house because the tech had not brought the vac. to do the pool. 1/2 hour later I realized he was still here and went out to see what was going on. . Within seconds the Jandy valve burst spewing water. He had one in the truck. When the Jandy was replaced all of a sudden the pump was leaking. When the pump was fixed 2 days later all of a sudden the heater was also leaking. Everything had been purring like a kitten and now everything had a leak, even the pressure valve on top of the filter. I have nothing else to say.

Also they reset the pump flat on the concrete, added guards by the timer, disconnected old chlorinator, added a hose bin to drain the pool, refurbished the DE filter with all new filter grid and new ring seal. We bought a home with a pool in North Arlington at the tail end of summer. Kelly's was the only service to give me a reasonable date and price. He worked around my schedule outside of his regular schedule. Since that day we have only taken estimates on a couple of other items, but we have always used Kelly. He is totally honest. If you think you need something and he knows of a better cheaper method then he will share that with you. He even came out to check on our squealing pump and told us that our home warranty should cover it. He didn't make a dime where he could have made several hundred dollars. Most recently we had Kelly resurface our pool. He provided a long list of references and even took us to see one if his more recent jobs. Kelly is very patient and honest. His resurfacing estimate came in at a very comfortable spot and we got on his schedule right away. He explained the process and kept us updated as the work was done. It only took a few days and the pool looks amazing. I can hardly wait for summer now. Kelly will take extremely good care of you and your pool.

Service member was friendly, emptied the main filter at the pump which fixed the problem so less then 5 minutes and done. Told me they might not even charge me, cool but obviously I want to pay the guy for coming out. Got hit with a $125 bill (idiot tax not for not knowing). Could have been a good opportunity for a long term customer but in the future I'll go somewhere else that doesn't charge $125 to empty leaves in less than 5 minutes."
