I hired Attorney Brandie Belanger to represent me regarding my divorce (initiated by my estranged husband when he was caught lying to our Federal Health Insurance Co. He told them, in writing that we were divorced so that he could fraudulently add his fiancee onto the policy...thankfully I was quickly reinstated when it was proven that he had perjured himself) 2 years and 3 months later with Attorney Belanger as my Divorce Attorney...I was still in the same situation. I hired a defense attorney for my mentally ill son. My son had one preliminary hearing visit with the lawyer and has not had any additional contact with him or a discussion with me, as to how we need to proceed. She did ask for another $700 to appear at mental health court but since we don't have money like that, my son is currently sitting in isolation on week number 3, has had several enclosures in contactless isolation and now i have to wait for the lawyer to file a motion to withdraw from his case just so i can put in an application for a Public Defense attorney to help him. Try to call an Arm lawyer and it's like pulling teeth. You get better service at the Social Security office. read more
