My landlord called them out to fix our fridge. After trying to follow up over and over and checking with the warranty company, my landlord found out that they didn't even submit the claim. They didn't respond to her until she threatened legal action and then they sent the deductible back. They said that they couldn't order the parts, but didn't let us know. Super unprofessional to not communicate that and they definitely seem as though they were going to keep that money and swindle us. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. read more

When I called them back to let them know they did not fix the problem, I was told I would have to pay for the service again. Very bad service don't get them to go to repair any appliance at all. They came to repair my range,, microwave and refrigerator, all they did was ordered parts and my appliances still not work. They ordered several parts and I don't even know if they installed them because they said that they came defective. Don't get them to go repair your appliances they don't know how. It's good I have the protection plan and I did not pay anything. I had to talk to Sears for them to send an actual Sears technician. Fairly priced. They recharged my comercial Gatorade refrigerator for 93.72 after taxes. About the same price as anywhere else. But they showed up within 2 hours. I called. they told me when they would be there. Then they showed up on time. And they did the job right. read more

They repaired our appliances quickly. Sears takes about 2 weeks to fix stuff, and then its a pain to accommodate them. This company will do the work, get the parts, and accommodate our schedule. Second to none, these guys are top notch. read more

WARNING!! Do not use Armadillo. They came out to check out my dryer and charged a $65 diagnostic fee. The guy told me that they would call me that night or the next morning with an estimate. The next day came and went with no callback from them. I called them and they said that they would call me back shortly. After a week of leaving a few voicemails for them with no callback, I called Sears and set up the work with them. 18 days after the initial consultation, the lady texts me an estimate. I told her that I had already contracted the work out and that I would need my $65 back. She refused and told me that they had made several attempts to contact me earlier. This is a total boldfaced lie. I have zero missed calls from them and no messages. These people are total scammers. Negative 10 stars if it were possible. They run this racket with a cellphone and no address; this should have told me all that I needed to know. There is another review where they did the same thing to someone else also. read more
