I went to a couple of bodyshops that gave me very inflated estimates and didn't value or respect my time or money. One of the bodyshops had me bring my truck in one day for several hours so their technicians could evaluate the extent of the damage and could give me an accurate cost for the repairs. Based on the estimate they gave me and what we aggreed upon, I dropped my truck off. They kept my truck for 2 weeks only to have them call me back to tell me that it was going to be a higher amount and more time (keep in mind, that I was renting a car for the 2 weeks they kept my truck). They gave me a range and not an accurate estimate this time, also they told me that it was going to be another 4-6 weeks (in addition to the 2 weeks that I had left my truck thinking that it was being worked on) if I accepted to leave my truck with them. Luckily, I had a friend recommended La Prairie. I am super satisfied with the service that I received at LA Prairie. They are fair with their prices, they pay attention to detail, value and respect your time and money and they are accurate in their estimate of the cost and time needed for the work. My truck looks like brand new again! Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and go see Mr Joe at La Prairie collision center.

Overall repairs ended up taking less time than anticipated, everyone was really nice, the process was super smooth, and, again, my car looks great. I can't recommend them enough. My insurance recommended Gerber. When I contacted them to schedule an assessment appointment, the woman on the phone was very nice. I received a confirmation text of the appointment time as well as a follow-up / reminder text. During the appointment, Larry discussed everything included in the estimate, described the work to be done in detail: how long the repairs would take, detailed cost, insurance process, etc. Really appreciated the time he took in explaining everything, so that I could make an informed decision. After getting approval from my insurance, the rest of the process was just as easy. Scheduled an appointment, received confirmation text, then confirmation phone call that they'd ordered the necessary parts prior to my appointment, and then a reminder text. After dropping off my car I was provided text updates during the process, including a phone call to notify me of when my car would be repaired, and a text confirming when the car was ready for pick up. They even helped me with my rental; they called the rental company when I first arrived to get a pickup, and they took the rental for return when my car was complete. When I arrived to pick up my car, Larry walked me over to show me the repairs and walk me through what had been done in detail. Really appreciate that level of information. Back inside for check-out, which was fast and easy, and I was on my way! Best of all - my car was in amazing shape. Not only was my car clean on the outside, it was cleaned on the inside driver side - you couldn't tell that anyone else had even been in my car, which means they took care it each time they had to move it. Nothing was left in it (like floor covers or anything) - it was just clean. The outside was spotless; they did a great job washing it. It's driving well, which means they did a great job with the rim replacement, tire balance, etc. The paint job is absolutely perfect - can't even tell there was work done.
