I arrived for my appointment, the place was packed, standing room only, the receptionist found my appointment and said "that will be $49". I said great and pulled out my wallet and she said, "hold on, you have to see the doctor before we can tell you how much you will pay." I told her I'll pay $49, as I was told, at this point some bi$ch sitting at the computer turned and rudely told me that "you will pay what the doctor says you'll pay!
