We made the mistake of not knowing she is not licensed and that's on us. I just don't want to see other people have to go through what we have had. Beware of this!!! this fucking guy raman navarrtee santiago, came and painted my home. i cant express how horrible…read moremy experience was. he was paid in full and painted over every single door and cupboard hinge. he painted around a jar that was still in cupboard, i had just purchased home and had only lolked at it once. he claimed he prepared surfaces before painting he did not, he just painted over the top of dirt, left runs everywhere. he used some cheap ass paint i know this because he left the cans behind. i paid for sherman williams, he painted on sone of the top tole bade board then others he did not. he came to my house to look at the job with me and told me if i could show him where he painted the base board, he would refund all of my money, when i tried to show him the pictures, he was so rude he wouldnt even let me speak, loudly over speaking me to the point my neighbors could hear. that he had to be asked to leave. this was unnessacry and and unprofessional. i would suggest you go elsewhere. i have saw pictures of the work by jeff from gotta paint, his work was very nice.

As it happened, they had a cancellation on the afternoon that I called, and they came out that afternoon. It was a pleasure to deal with Preston and Jorge. They did beautiful work. Hannah, the receptionist, was also efficient and very courteous. They re-plumbed everything for the washing machine, and also took care of a problem with the shower and two hoses at the water heater. Much has been said about the high prices of Area Plumbing. For the type of work that was done, the amount of time it took, and the materials, I did not regard the price as too high. However, they looked at some other plumbing in my home, told me the price to make repairs, and it seemed high. The other work is not urgent, and I will do some price comparisons before making a decision. They charge a $98.00 evaluation fee, which is non-refundable and which will not be included into your total amount. This is a separate charge. Area Plumbing gained my trust, and so I lean toward using them again.
