It is kind of located in no man's land and is not very accessible if you don't have a car. Of course there are buses that get there but because it is right next to a highway, walking here is difficult. There are a large variety of stores inside and a really big supermarket on the first floor. It has a big cinema located on the second floor and a really big food court. There is currently only 1 restaurant inside (Forneria Maria Bella) which is very good. They are opening a 2nd restaurant which will be a sushi one. There is parking on the first floor as well as on the second floor. There aren't a lot of parking spots but to be honest, whenever I came here, it was practically empty each time and I was able to secure a really good parking spot. I was hoping to find a place to sold speciality wines here but unfortunately there isn't any. The supermarket has a decent selection of alcohols but not top notch stuff.

The last bus comes at 10:30 pm at night. There is an average sized food court with no restaurants yet. There is a Bar do Alemao coming as well as a Madero Burger but those haven't opened yet. The stores are are regular stores with no designer labels. There is a Havan at one end. There is a pretty large Big supermarket in one corner as well as a decent movie theater. There is underground parking as well as ground parking. The mall is only 1 level. The star of this mall is the fairly large bowling area that they have next to Big. There are at least 8 lanes here and multiple pool tables inside. The only thing is that it is difficult to get a lane as it is super packed in the evenings.
