I can't say enough good things about this nursery. When my daughter was born my parents helped out…read morewith looking after her but as she got older, and faster, it was time to find her a nursery place. There was so much choice but I didn't find anywhere that I felt gave the same experience she would get with the friends and family I trusted her with until a parent I knew recommended this nursery - the same one she went to as a child. I think most parents find it by word of mouth but it is too good to keep it a secret! My little boy is now at the nursery and over the last 6 years it has remained absolutely focused on each child's wellbeing and development. His speech and behaviour have improved so much here and I feel well informed and supported as a parent. I have got to know so many people in my local community better through the nursery and by taking part in community activities, organised by the Friends of the nursery group and would recommend getting involved if you have the time.

As an ex-attender of this nursery, I am probably very biased when it comes to reviewing it…read more However, I have also had several friends whose children have attended the nursery in recent years and both they, and I, have only praise for this nursery. Staffed by people who genuinely care for the children who go, with lots of different activities, both indoors and out, there are plenty of positive things to be said about this nursery. It celebrates it's diversity by embracing all the different cultures the area contains. This is done through consideration of all different faiths, festivals and beliefs, as well as participating in all community activities also.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! I enrolled my child initially when he was in Year 1 of his school year. They…read moreseemed to be fine. Very flexible and was willing to take cash payments or else. We decided to use them regularly from the following year this September. My god they changed so quickly. First said they cannot be that flexible as its really oversubscribed and need us to commit for a full year. They were so insisting that even when half the month was finished and I suggested I will enroll from the beginning of the following month they refused. Without any viable option I agreed to pay monthly. They brought me an invoice breaking down the cost every month for 11 months. And I thought its all settled. NO!!! Paid for the next month October in full. Just before the school broke for October Autumn mid term holidays I got an sms to say something important is going to be communicated to me regarding their services. Guess what? (I never got any letter from them though) they are going to stop picking children up from my son's school as 'it wasn't busy enough to continue the service and not cost effective for them. Remember what they said about being oversubscribed? And almost forcefully put me for a full year's. Lucky I hadn't set up a standing order with my bank. I almost was in utter trouble to find another child minder within such a small time. I also said they need to send me back any dues as i aleady paid for the month where they were off for the half term. Again no letters no apologies and no final statements. Is that all? Gosh no!!!! They send me an sms at end of December. Asking me to pay them some due before the Xmas holidays as I still need to pay them!!! Called their office to speak to this most annoying person to be told that my contract was for a full year and as 'I' hadn't used their service for a full year I need to pay them in an enhanced rate which is why there is an outstanding balance in my account. I got so annoyed that firstly they never send me any letters to clarify why they had to stop and as a goodwill they should have returned a part of the fees they charged. Instead after one and half months since we moved on they are asking for more money through sms!!! When I said I am not going to pay as I didn't break the contract, , they did, this annoying lady even threatened to refer me to a debt collection agency. BEWARE ALL PARENTS. They may have some friendly staff in some of their centres but their top brass is just greedy, inconsiderate and corrupt. I am seeking legal advice against them

Bouncy bouncy bouncy bouncy fun fun fun fun fun -- the wonderful thing about Jump Arena is... OK…read moreit's not the only one. But it's the only one in Leeds, and that's all you need to know. Trust me, I looked up trampolining --not because it's the latest trend in exercise, although it is-- but because I've wanted to get my bounce on for aaaaaages. The only other place in Leeds that I could find looks like it's basically for kids, which is a shame as they have the proper big trampolines. Anyway. This place? So much more than just bouncing. There is trampoline basket ball, trampoline jump in a foam pit, trampoline dodge ball... there's even a tight rope thing you can practice balance on. I love it! They've got a parkour thing in the works too, which is super exciting. Although, the guy didn't really seem to get me when I checked if there would be lessons and if those lessons would be cool for a not-teenager. Whatever I want to run up things. Staff all seem to be about 18. It does smell a little bit like boy and Lynx. But, forget that and just get your bounce on. My friend and I actually spent the first five minutes squealing and bouncing as high and/or as fast as we could until we both collapsed. How do kids DO IT?! Pro tip: warm up a bit. The air in there is super cold which makes your chest hurt if you go nuts like we did. One last question: what is it with alternative exercise places, lasers, and nineties dance music? I mean, weird. But I guess I like it too. DO IT. It's a tenner an hour. Don't go on weekends if you don't want to be surrounded by childs.
