Halfway through the day on November 20th, after waiting for them to show up for their appointment, I contacted the company whose response was, "Oh! Nobody called you? We're busy today. Hopefully we will make it out Tuesday or Wednesday. We don't know! We didn't accept this appointment, it's a glitch that happens if you schedule on the weekends." Though I didn't schedule the appointment over the weekend, and rather, almost a week previously, I know nothing about the Whirlpool scheduling algorithms and whether or not a company has to manually accept an appointment before it is assigned to them. I called Whirlpool (and wasted hours trying to contact a live human to look into the issue), who told me that Cliff's had lied to me; my appointment was still in the system as being that day (Nov 20), and that yes, Cliff's MANUALLY accepted the appointment as indicated on the screen where my appointment was located (which they happily shared with me). They attempted contacting Cliff's themselves, and while they indicated they would be "open" at that time and available to take calls, they were not. Whirlpool attempted to call several times after that, as well as Whirlpool attempting to contact them several times on Tuesday, November 21 to no avail. Not only did this company waste my time waiting on an appointment that had been scheduled 6 days previous, didn't have the professionalism to call and reschedule the appointment, but they also lied about their reasoning behind missing the appointment and have been unreachable to get an appointment to service our broken appliance. I would never allow them in my home at this point because of their dishonestly, even if it is "free" under our warranty agreement. Whirlpool has also indicated that they will be filing a formal complaint against the company because of their practices.

I have called the guy three times now and because he hasn't returned my calls the electrician installled the box on the house in the wrong spot. I am paying subscriber to Choice Home Warranty (CHW), I submitted a claim regarding my toilet. It…read moretook several calls to have my claim addressed. 10 days later, CHW finally selected CMH which is 1.5 hrs from my home since local plumbers refuse to partner with CHW. Yes, CHW is the worst company, but I digress. Chris and his colleague came in with a kind heart knowing that I was already distress from having to wait for 10 days to get a working toilet. After his report was sent to CHW they denied my claim. Chris went out of his way not to leave me as unsatisfied customer. He rebuilt my toilet with brand new parts and it works as good as it did when I first purchased it. Chris did an analyzes of my entire bathroom and noticed that my shower diverter was not working properly, the sink drain was slightly clogged and the tub need a caulking. Somehow Chris was able to get all these items approved for repair and parts from CHW. Despite that my toilet was denied Chris and his team went above and beyond to show empathy on how CHW treat their customers. CMH Septic and Plumbing Solution is an honorable and knowledgeable company.
