First off who do they think they are, and secondly I just wondered what the workers would be like. I doubt they even have complementary cookies and popcorn inside. God forbid they have lollipops for kids inside.. Or if they change the spelling of that too. Overall bad bank!

I wish the other vendors, customers and owners I work with had the same record! Last week, I found out at about 4:40 pm that I needed something done before the end of the day. I made the call, Ms. White handled the request immediately with a friendly, helpful and professional attitude. She had a small fire…read moreat her home and included in the insurance payment was a small depreciation amount due my mother b/c there was damage to brick which could not be repaired. BoK was included as a payee b/c my mother had a small (less that 20% of value of home) mortgage which was up to date. BoK refused to endorse the check due to the monies due back to my mother. We had to hire an attorney and it took NINE (9) months to get them to endorse the check. The contractor was on the verge of suing my mother for non-payment!! Beware
