Wow. These guys are freaking magicians. They showed up on a cold night at the airport when my Mazda was dead and the key wouldn't work in the door. The guy jumps out with a big smile on his face. Very friendly and says, "You've never used that key before have you?". I hadn't, because the car works on a proximity key, meaning you never need to use the physical key. He immediately grabs a can of spray grease, asks me for permission to spray some in the lock and the key starts working. He then grabs some sort of contraption that magically starts my car with a dead battery. After all this, he knocks 10$ bucks off the price. This experience was so good, I would actually be happy to have to call these guys again. Even though when they left he looked at me and said, "I hope you never need a locksmith again". Hemen from Armstrong Locksmith did a great job with a residential lock repair. Very professional, friendly, clean, wore a mask the entire time and kept me in the loop the whole time. What I thought was a simple fix, was actually a broken lock and the job took a couple of hours. Heman showed me exactly what happened and give me several replacement options. He worked extra hard to find matching collars for the exterior lock and added some functionality to the latch/lock combination that had been broken for a long time. We have an older model Mercedes, and I lost the key while riding my bike on the Greenway. I told Armstrong my problem and they came out and made the key.
