I purchased a RV for $35k from this Consignment Dealership - Con says it all in the first three letters! It was June 24th 2013 when I bought the RV. It is now October 22 2014 and no title. Throughout the past year I was lied to on several occasions. For the first six months I was informed that the dealer could not contact the owner of the vehicle. After the sixth month I was informed that the owner owed more than the selling price. After utilizing the DMV to find the owner to the RV I called and verified that the dealership was lying to me the whole time. Come to find out the dealership tried to get the owner to lower his asking price from $35k to $28k; and when the owner refused the dealership refused to send funds stating that he sold the RV for $28k and no longer can afford the $28k. Both the owner and I hired an attorney and now wait for results of our claims against Armstrong. We finally got the dealership to send what he had for a total of $18k which does not suffice the lien holder's balance. I just can't believe that he is still in business after finding out that there are several other claims against him. I highly recommend not doing business with this dealership! read more
