I have never dealt with a contractor who was more helpful, more on top of the entire job from start to finish than Austin. His crew did complete tear off and complete new roof on house and garage in one day and there was zero evidence they had been there except for the nice new roofs. They cleaned every bit of the old roof up. You will never regret calling Austin for all your roofing needs. It will be the best decision you ever made.

No water when hot (but it's an OSHA law) and illegal. The guys in the office get bonuses for the work of the employees on the roofs and do not give any to the ones actually doing the jobs. It's sad when a company that is worth so much does not extend the gratitude to the employees. I would never have a company do a job for me that does not treat their employees like humans. The value of the work is great but the way the workers are treated is savage.

He showed up when they were there but Assessor noted in report to insurance company that Kerrigan / Bryan refused to get on the roof with him because "it was too steep" for him (this is a roofing company, right? That's like Colonel Sanders being afraid of chicken). So they never even visually inspected the roof - at all - and couldn't guide the assessor. Obviously claim was denied, because the could. We moved on but emailed the owner Aaron just letting him know how his brand was being represented. He ghosted as well - no response. Their folder is fancy, but that's all you're gonna get. I'd be humiliated to have my name on something that was this pathetic.

Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. I told him he was busy and could not join us and that I was the point person for this project. He asked a third time if my husband could join us, citing that I might not be able to remember all the information I was given. I told him if he was not going to provide a consultation/estimate for me, the project owner, unless a man was with me then we can cancel. I led him out of the house 30 seconds later.
