Great food, even better bakery items. Delicious tiramisu! They make a new cuisine every week so we happened to come during Mexican food week, but would love to try everything else!!! 10/10. Staff very very kind! read more

Provozovatelka a naše kamarádka Tereza chtěla po letech kavárnické služby změnit stranu barového pultu a my se rozhodli jí vystřídat. Protože nás bylo celkem pět a měli jsme zkušenosti především z neziskového sektoru a akademického prostředí, hledali jsme právní formu, která by spíš než firmou byla sdružením přátel, kteří provozují kavárnu pro radost. Inspirovali jsme se u kamarádů z žižkovské kavárny ROH a Inkognito se stalo první družstevní kavárnou v Plzni. Navazujeme tak na silnou tradici plzeňských družstev z první republiky, které se koncentrovaly právě v okolí Husovy ulice. Kavárna nabízí férovou kávu od Mamacoffee, cider a limonády od F.H. Prager, italská vína, piva od Chodovaru, mošty ze Stvolen u Manětína a mnoho dalšího. Kavárna je nekuřácká, ale s vyhřívanou terasou, na které si můžete zapálit.
