While Arnst came Highly recommended by being honest and fair, he failed miserably with me. I dropped my car off for diagnostics. When I cam back later that day to pick it up, While driving home I noticed soda spilled on my console, a straw wrapper on the passenger seat and when I got home the car stunk of fries. I had discovered that at least a half a bag of french-fries were dumped under my seat along with dirty napkins jammed under the seat as well. I was appalled that someone would do this. Its one thing to test drive your car but to drive around town and use it to go get your lunch and eat in my car and dump your leftovers under my drivers seat maliciously is disrespectful and disgusting. Disgusting is the best way to discribe this place, tons of cats roaming around and DO NOT go in to the waiting room / office as it is disgusting with cats everywhere and the smell of cat urine is enough to make you gag. I travelled to the West Coast of Florida and got a nail in my tire I trusted Tire Kingdom and bought a different tire Because they "wouldn't fix the nail because it was within an inch of the end". Total BS just to sell a tire, but I was st their mercy. Came back And told Steve; he went out of his way to correct Their rip off; at no financial gain to himself He ordered the correct tire at cost and was able to get rid of mis- matched tire. I brought my mint condition Jaguar in for troubleshooting and repair. The car sat for 9 months. Steve had it running in one day. The gas was bad (obviously because it sat for 9 months) so he drained the tank. At first we thought it wouldn't start because it had a bad fuel pump which is located in the fuel tank. An expensive repair. After further troubleshooting Steve said "Your fuel pumps fine and we got it running". What did it need? Spark Plugs! That's all. He could have told me it was something else and charged me and I wouldn't have known the difference. I went there recommended by my sister who's been going to him for years and now I will also.
