What a debacle. This place is a scam shop. The bottles of perfume and cologne they sell are knock-offs sold at premium prices. The salesperson was eager to open boxes so we could sample the fragrances. He told my wife if she left the box she would save even more money. My wife tried the perfume on and realized it was not authentic; it did not smell the same as the real perfume and was tacky and sticky on the skin. They have a no-refund policy that ensures they keep their unsuspecting customer's (victim's) money. They would not exchange the perfume without the box. Be warned. Stay away. read more

I -just for kicks- price checked it on Amazon. This is a $22 bottle of perfume. I am FUMING. My ship is leaving in 20 minutes, but if I could I would run back there and return these two bottles of crap. Yes, not once, but twice you fooled us. The receipt says no returns. I wonder why? We got in with my girlfriend and honestly I'm glad we didn't buy anything. The sales person was a very rude woman. All prices on bottles are over priced, even though advertised as "20-50% off" "cheaper than tax-free stores". For a $99.99 bottle of Versace she said the best she could do is $69.99, even though I saw it last week at $49.99 at Nordstrom. Justin Bieber perfume at $45 "the best she could do" ? 23.99 on amazon. When she realized I wasn't going to get ripped of (I was comparing prices on amazon as she was telling us her "best prices") she stopped talking and didn't even say bye, giving us a mean stare. I went into this shop with a friend of mine. They are CROOKS. Wayne took my money with a smile...but I inadvertently left my bag in there with a brand new shirt in it and realized it immediately. I went back and of course he claimed he didn't find anything. My friend bought a bottle of perfume and paid a good price for the real thing...but reading these reviews it looks like she may have been scammed. I'm glad I didn't buy anything. read more

I'm giving a negative zero star rating. I selected 1 star only because the Yelp website wont let you go further without selecting one. I bought a bottle of $100 perfume. When I got back to our ship and opened it, it was not the perfume it was supposed to be. I've been wearing this same perfume for 15 years, I know what it should smell like. I walked back to the store to get my money back in the 100 degree heat. I asked the unprofessional man behind the counter if I could exchange it or get my money back because this was an imposter perfume. He verbally abused me and was about to throw me out of the store because I said the perfume was not authentic. I said, "who ever you're distributer is, is not bringing you valid products." That is not accusatory, it is the truth. The only reason why I was able to exchange it was because this blonde older lady was in there and she helped me. She saw how mean the man was and how upset I got and she tried being all nice about it but she really didn't do the right thing. She should've given me my money back. A customer is always right and this store does care about their customers. They are concerned with making money by selling invalid products. The perfume they exchanged it for was a lower end perfume and I was not pleased with it at all. But because I was in such shock this man talked to me like he did I just wanted to get out of there. My friend also purchased a bottle and it did not smell the same as the real perfume I bought at Nordstrom's. This store sells perfume from other countries and if you challenge them the man will become very combative and start yelling you, saying you're crazy because you challenged his shady business deal. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would . we went here on a relaxing evening after a meal looking for bottle of perfume for my partners mom. As soon as we walked in we were pounced on by a sales man showing us different perfumes. We hadn't heard of some of these perfumes but we thought that because we were from UK that is why we didn't recognise them. The sales man said it was $138.00 but could do it for $75.00. We were assured the perfume was by the same women who designed Burberry. We brought the perfume and when we got back to the hotel we looked on the Internet for it. $12.00 on Amazon and eBay. We were fuming by this time it was too late so we returned the next day guns blazing to get our money back. Of course they have a no returns policy! So exchanged it for a Versace perfume to no extra cost, but still above the recommended retail price. What a bad experience. Avoid this shop. read more

Don't do it, bad experience where salesperson verbally attacked me an hour after shopping there for a supposed pricing mistake on his part. "All sales are final" works both ways, and people who can't do math probably shouldn't be in a position of dealing with money. If you do shop here, get a receipt...you will probably need it. I would also suggest paying in cash, otherwise I am certain they would have increased the amount they wanted to charge me. read more

complete scam! do not buy from this place and if your looking at this its probably too late. i walked into this store yesterday june 9, 2021. initially i was looking for "creed" the man working "wayne" (which is probably not his name) told me its a 450$ he can do for 385$. i thought about it and decidied to look at other prefums. he sprayed "club de nuit" on me and it smelled great. for 70$ i thought hey it smells nice and way better prices then the creed. i decided to wait it out go have a drink ...then go back after. The man was very nice and we talked for awhile about stocks and what not. So i buy the bottle. get on the road and do a qucik google search about his shop to leave a good review. come to find out all but maybe 2 of the reviews are horrible. Now im worried...i quickly google the bottle of colonge i bought for 70$ cash. its 25$ online from walmart. Now im upset but at the same time what should i have expected.. buying from a store in key west is going to be pricy. so, now i open it. heres the best part, it smells nowhere near the stuff he sprayed on me. i think he put some very nice perfum in the bottle he samples and claims its club de nuit, then sells you a shit cologne for double the price. complete scam! be aware! ill be calling today to get my money back. if he says no ill drive my ass 2 hours back to key west just to make a scene. oh and also he made me pay cash, said he would be able to drop the tax if i did. this guy is a complete scam artist be aware! read more
