It is obvious as soon as you walk in that this isn't what a kebab shop looks like. It's clean and airy with a large counter displaying a variety of salad items. The staff were a cut above as well. Unfortunately as well as upping the standards they have also upped the price with the result that I paid more for a standard kebab here, out of town than I would in the city. They serve an impressive array of kebabs here and I will certainly be treating myself again in the near future. I put the disorganized nature of the service down to the newness of the venture.

The staff here are pretty helpful and will often offer to bring the meal to you when done while you sit down with your drink. I have rarely had any problems with the quality of the food: I think on only one occasion the fries were underdone. One thing McDonald's has over Burger King is that the fries are both salted and there is extra salt readily available. I find lately that BK both leave their fries unsalted (ugh!) and will only give you salt if you actually ask at the counter (and if you forget, you will have to either queue or brave the angry looks and mutters of the queue if you jump in). If this is a health initiative it's rubbish: if you were concerned about health in the first place you wouldn't be eating at a fast food joint, plus fries without salt are horrid.

The Chicken Tikka Marsala was really tasty and the chicken had been in the tandoori oven before meeting the curry sauce, this shows a good standard and meets with approval) The chapatis were delicious and freshly prepared. I have now ordered several times and the standard is very high indeed, great friendly personal service. Great quality lean meat and the freshest of ingredients. What I got was some average chicken in an uncle ben's sauce. usually masala is very dry but this was full of a thick sweet sauce.
